this is a wonderfully designed hotel with exceptional details.

in the online information it says there is an airport shuttle. the woman that checked us in flatly said “ we do not have an airport shuttle!”. I asked again and was given the same response. a cab was called but cost us over $25.00. please change your web information

I liked the property and the staff. the rooms were clean and there were a lot of cool features like a heated pool and a hotel bar. the pizza place was so yummy and the staff there was very friendly.

the bed was very hard. not comfortable at all. the staff didn’t remind us to go to the free breakfast in the morning, so we forgot about it and missed it. The food at the hotel restaurant was not good at all. except the fries, they were exceptional. and the drinks were good.

The thing I like about this hotel is the reasonable prices. It's clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great basic Wi-fi. You won't hear the noises of airplanes even though the hotel is near the airport. There's a lot of fast food restaurants around if you'd like to eat. Tv has all the streaming platforms built in so all what you need to do is sign in and enjoy watching. Overall great experience.

The location is not bad if you have a car. But if you don't it will be difficult to reach many places in L.A. so you need to figure it out before you stay here.

Location was decent. Not too far from the freeway/LAX. Nothing special in the immediate area. Amenities were good, a basketball net was a big plus for my son. On site Bistro was average at best. More as a cafe in the morning and bar in the evening, not for dining. Check in/out was quick.

Room could have been cleaner, especially bathrooms. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, should be rated as a 3 star hotel. Not saying it's not nice but very similar to other 3 star hotels and not comparable to 4 star hotels.

The pool area was wonderful and the staff came out every night to light the fire pit for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable with comfy beds and plenty of towels. The teenagers loved the lobby area where they could hang out and watch tv away from the adults when they got tired of swimming.

The only complaint we had was the woman that works the Starbucks was very rude every day. Every request seemed like a real bother to her. But she was the only employee that had that horrible attitude.

The weed smoking and tons of guests/locals in the pool and hot tub! literally taken over by groups of teens, young adults with no regard to guests who might want 10-15 minutes in the hot tub. At one point I counted 19 people of the same group in the hot tub. Their own private party. No way could we enjoy a quick relaxing time at the pool. it was like this for both nights. No chance did we ever have an opportunity to enjoy. It felt as if this large group ran the pool/spa area. Complete takeover

Clean and modern. Everything looked very nice.

Pool. Although the pool area was very nice, it felt like one giant party with drinking and smoking while a bunch of kids were in the pool. Not just one night but our entire stay which was 5 days 4 nights. Loud music and groups taking over the hot tub. Elevators smelt like weed but for the most part, a decent looking place to stay if you could overlook that.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. So grateful to check in early, the gentleman set us up straight away as soon as we asked if our luggage could be stowed and they did that for us the following day. We were late back from downtown LA and had to rush for flight. Staff were so quick and efficient. Missed breakfast that morning and got redirected to a lovely Café nearby 😊

Nothing really to not like. Very happy just wish we'd have had more time there.

The room and bathroom were modern and spacious. The fridge and microwave were convenient; they didn’t take up too much space and were inside a cabinet so you could keep them put of sight if you wanted to. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly!

Some of our standard to-go food boxes didn’t fit the fridge because of the way the shelves were designed so we had to put our leftovers in coffee cups.

The first day, the service was pretty lousy. It took forever to get someone to even show up to take our breakfast order. But the breakfast was delicious. The second day was much better. Also, the area we ate in was very comfortable.

Initially the service was was extremely slow. A couple of other people waiting decided to go to the hotel next door to get breakfast there. Eventually someone did take our order.
