It is a stones throw away from LAX and both the SoFi stadium and the Kia Forum, very easy access to any of these locations. The hotel itself was clean, and kept up (few stains on the carpet). And the staff was very friendly. The breakfast they served did have hot options (eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes) were mediocre in taste but the options were still nice to have and they kept it stocked up during the entire breakfast hours. The parking garage across the street is locked for safety and theft and parking is free.

The area is definitely not the greatest (about a month before our visit there was a fatal shooting on the street next to the hotel between the hotel and the parking garage). There aren’t any distinguishing marks on the front of the building from the front to let you know it’s the right hotel except very small writing on the front door, and we accidentally went into the hotel directly across from it at first.

Nice room even though a little outdated, bed was comfy, everything required is available in the room, nice breakfast, decent clean pool, can be crowded with kids but it didn’t bother me.

Unwelcoming and not considerate stuff at the reception. I had a late check in around 11pm, which obviously means that the person traveled all day and must be tired. There was two people at the reception: the first one to my hello answered that “he will assist you” pointing at the colleague ( she was not attending to the guest: she was at the computer), while another guest was just coming to approach her colleague. The guest was considerate seeing me tired and with luggage, so he asked them to assist me first. To what the gentleman from the reception replied that he will assist the guest first (he denied lol). In short, I wasn’t greeted or welcomed, was waiting while no one was really busy. Unprofessionally addressed.

I stayed for 7 nights with family. It's a nice hotel , very professional staff. Good size rooms and pool. Breakfast is continental and very good with a good variety of food. Only reason I am of less stars is small Breakfast area with few tables. The breakfast time is from 6.30 to 9.30 however after 7.30 till 9.00 , it's hard to get a table. So you have to keep standing for a tables which is annoying. The management can put more tables as there us room and guests can avoid this marathon every morning. Otherwise it's great hotel and cares of its customers.

Spacious and comfortable room. Quiet area with a lot of bars in a walking distance. Great breakfast: a wide variety of quality options, all of them very tasty. It was one of the best breakfast I've had in this country. I liked the pool area. It needs a little renovation but it was very convenient for me to spend the morning there, since I had a late plane. I'll definitely come back to the hotel!

It needs to be renovated, but it was being done when we were there, so I think the result could be amazing. Very long time spent at check-in. There was only a guy at the front desk and we were too many people at the same time.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, especially the cinnamon rolls. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice. Perhaps extending pool hours would be something to consider, at least in the summer. It was nice to have free parking.

There was really nothing to complain about. The only thing I might say is it would be nice if there was an airport shuttle. The airport seems close enough to offer one. I know most folks probably rent a car or drive their own car because it’s hard to get places in LA but for those who don’t need a car the whole time, a shuttle would be convenient. Maybe shared with the other hotels nearby.

Location was amazing! I liked how we had our own parking garage. Made me feelcsafer about leaving my vehicle there with a security guard looking over the garage. I also enjoyed the friendly staff and hownclean the room was overall.

The breakfast was good. I just wished there would have been different options each day. I stayed for 5 days and expected to eat a different kind of protein each day. Just egg and sausage got kinda of repetitive. Other than that the breakfast tasted fantastic.

The good choice of food and beverages for breakfast,the feel of the hotel making you think your going into a hotel in Beverly Hills.clean and big rooms,big comfy beds,really nice pool with lots of sun loungers,secure free car parking,location and surprisingly so quiet being so close to the airport

Called before arriving to asked about parking. Receptionist was very helpful and took her time explaining. Check in was easy. Ladies at the front were awesome, very nice. Room was clean. Irene was our house keeper. Room was cleaned every day. With new towels everyday.

Very little water came out of water faucet which made it hard to shower quick. A recommendation would be if a family is staying for more than 3 days, after the 2nd night change the bed sheets.

Convenient to SoFi Stadium and the freeways, in a cluster with other hotels, was clean and served as a good crashpad for us. We had two rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors, and the 1st floor rooms were taller and felt more spacious than upstairs.

Breakfast is standard Holiday Inn fare, but I wished it was open a little longer. It closed at 9:30, and if you're there for a concert that runs late, you're not going to be an early riser. One of our rooms also had a strong weed smell when you walk in.

Staff are friendly, location/parking convenient, room spacious and clean. tea and coffee are provided all day.

wifi is realy bad. it doesn't meet standard of "Holiday Inn" brand. Motel provide better wifi. In the room, only beside room door close to hallway, there are 2 bars of wifi signal. Whenever we need wifi, we'll have to stand by the door. Otherwise we'll have to use data
