I had one of the two favorite rooms, 244, 258 is my favorite but wasn’t available, only thing that was amiss was that the same 2 burnt out light bulbs in 244 weren’t replaced since the last trip, 2 months prior! I’ve been staying there since the place opened, I think since 1989, so that says something for the Ramada! LOVE STAYING THERE!👍

Just the light bulbs & the shower head was leaking at the connection, it was spurting water which would cause the bathroom floor to get as it would shoot above the shower curtain & the water pressure was weak. Other than that all was fine!

Loved everything about the property BUT when booked on Booking.com it said I was going to have a double room double beds. When checked in I got a standard double bed. Idk what went wrong but it was irritating plus I was with a group of 4 adults and they complained and didn’t want to give us extra towel. Saying they don’t do that but it’s so crazy BECAUSE when I was checking out they handed extra towels with no hesitation. Yeah that didn’t sound right. Other then that everything was amazing I basically just booked it to sleep and I slept like a baby. Will I book here again. YES! but hopefully by then they work on their customer service.

Very comfortable and everything was convenient for your stay BUT extra towels.

I always go to this hotel when I am in LA on business. It is centrally located, great restaurant downstairs 24/7 and the rooms and pool and staff are very nice.

The Wifi has always been the weak link in staying there. Its either slow or I have to reboot the network a few times a day every day. I use my laptop a lot and being I go to LA for business it is very important. Last time I paid the 30 bucks a day for better wifi but it did no good thats why I didnt both making the same expensive mistake again.

Overall, the staff have always been friendly. It would be nice to see more LGBT Staff.

My parking pass would not work even after being reissued. Had to ask the front desk to be let out of the parking structure. The bathtub in my room would not drain. Security attempted to fix it but could not. We had to move to a different room but only after being told I would have to pack all my stuff and being it all downstairs to the front desk. I called down to the front desk and asked for fresh towels twice and no one came. Finally I went to the front desk and complained when the front desk agent called for them to be delivered while I was present.

The pool area was clean and quiet. Heated pool was a big plus. Beds were comfortable and the amenities were great (fridge freezer and a coffee machine in the room). Location was fab. Right in the middle of WeHo. Great value for money.

We were told upon arrival that there would be no housekeeping due to the pandemic. Kudos for telling us upfront but I can't say I understand the rationale at this late stage in the covid game. Parking was extortionate at 50 dollars per day plus taxes. There was also no glassware in the room, only paper cups.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. And the location was perfect. We walked to the comedy store, the restaurants, and bars. Being in the heart of west Hollywood you got to experience everything. And it being pride month, there were several miles of rainbow flag and signs. It was a great experience!

The room smelled a little musty. It was easy to get over quickly to be fair. But when you first walked it, it wasn't super pleasant. And the bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. It all looks very clean, but there were a lot of hairs in the bathroom. It looked like housekeeping used the same wet rag to wipe down the whole room and it just distributed the hairs :( but it wasn't a deal breaker. But what will make me think twice is $50 a day for parking!

The location was excellent. Good proximity to restaurants.

The hotel did not inform me at check in that if you wanted your room cleaned you needed to inform the front desk 24 hours in advance. When I finally realized it I informed the front desk and my room still did not get cleaned by housekeeping. As a result I went four days without housekeeping cleaning my room. Everyday I had to request towels and various amenities on my own.

The room had two very comfortable double beds which were just perfect for my daughter and I. The location was very good for our needs and an easy walk to breakfast and shopping. We paid extra for parking but it was worth the money. Our car was very safe in the underground lot with an attendant and we could walk from the parking garage directly into the hotel lobby.

There was nothing we were disappointed with.

great location. a/c worked great, very cold. rooms were very quiet. beds comfy. on my last night the ceiling started to drip water onto my a/c. they moved me to a new room immediately. very accommodating.

when I got there my room wasn’t cleaned very well: strands of hair in the shower, mirrors had handprints and shmutz on them. crushed Doritos on the floor by the bed, an empty water bottle on the floor behind the curtain.
