Beautiful place. Felt like I was in Italy or Spain. Gorgeous courtyard with wonderful landscaping and flowering plants and trees. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were top notch. The staff was always friendly and accommodating as well. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to the area.

The only disappointment was breakfast. I understand the COVID-19 situation; however what was provided was too limited for a hotel this nice. I stayed a week and each day visited the breakfast room at varying times hoping for a better selection. Most days there was no fruit at all. Twice I was able to snag the last green banana which I then let ripen in my room. Several days of the week there was no yogurt and the two times I was able to get a yogurt, there was only one or two in the little frig. The only consistent offering was waffles and I was not going to eat waffles every day for 7 days straight. I believe the hotel could definitely improve the breakfast offering even though we are still in a pandemic situation.

Whilst I appreciate the free breakfast that is part of the room package, the quality is awful. Food quality appeared cheap. The rooms are reasonably well appointment but the decor needs updating. Bathrooms were well appointed

The location is fantastic, and you feel central to everything in West Hollywood (with a car). Pool, parking and staff all excellent. A memorable stay for five nights with our family. It is not modern, but feels right for the location and fits in well.

We read a lot of reviews on booking.com before our stay, and a courtyard side room is indeed very quiet and any pool action has stopped by 10pm. We requested a high floor, which we did not get. This was unfortunate, as there was someone walking in the room above us until 2am on the first three nights. The rollaway was a disappointment, as we had planned that one of our children was to use this and it was 30 dollars per night. The rollaway are very old and creeky, so this did not happen. Despite this, it was a very enjoyable stay indeed, and we would not have changed a thing. Parking charge very reasonable when compared to hotels in Santa Monica and San Francisco.

We loved the view of the pool and the spaciousness of the room. We did not hear any street noise from our location in the hotel which was a good thing. The breakfast provided was plentiful and good. There were a lot of options to choose from. The beds were comfortable and the in-room microwave was very helpful.

We understood we would be on Sunset Strip which was great. It's just a bit confusing to figure out where to park/unload when you first arrive at the hotel given there is a traffic light right there. Maybe the signage could be more prominent to help. It is a very busy street.

Friendly staff . Reception was able to accommodate us early check in after checking that they were full but was able to see a room opening. I 🤔 it's because the cleaning staff were efficient in turning over the rooms, so Kudos to the cleaning staff. Our room was clean on arrival.

At first, I thought that the traffic sounds will be a bother but surprisingly the drapes were heavy and we were able to sleep without noise from outside. Electric plugs need to be updated and have more accessibility. Shampoos/conditioners were tiny had to use more bottles. Not too green friendly for me.

We got a great spacious room with a direct access to the pool - so that felt like a cool early 80s movie. Actually the whole hotel has that vibe (or maybe a vibe of a Melrose Place) which I liked. The breakfast is pretty good. The location is great for wandering around West Hollywood (you will still need a car/uber). The garage is pretty spacious and within the hotel (access from the back street)

The fitness centre is really small -maybe a place for two people - while the hotel is relatively big. Although I did like the atmosphere - the hotel in general feels somewhat old compared to the price which was relatively high - not excessive by any means, so it is OK value for money but not more.

Perfect locatiin within West Hollywood! Hotel facilities were great, everything you would need for a city stay. Underground parking was a bonus, no need to pre-book, just park and give car details and pay on check-in. Great sized pool, loads of loungers. Breakfast had a good selection for everyone. Rooms were a great size, loads of facilities including coffee machine, fridge, hair dryer, iron etc would definetly stay again.

Nothing to dislike.

The pictures of the hotel on this website were all real, with all the flowers looking exactly as shown in the pics. Beautiful place. The staff was super helpful and nice. Breakfast was very good. they have nice waffles.

We stayed 5 nights and they didn’t have the housekeeping. Still, they refilled the towels and emptied the garbage as soon as I gave them a call which was nice. Some parts of the hotel were pretty old. elevator was super slow and only one of them was working. The washing machine didn’t show the exact price needed or any detailed explanation. Some people smoked weed right next to the pool which wasn’t super pleasant.

Location was great for Hollywood and Beverley Hills Staff friendly and helpful Breakfast standard but plentiful - wish there was more fruit Pool area very nice - was chilly so didn't use but could imagine how nice it would be Face the pool - was very quiet - couldn't hear Sunset and slept well

Carpet smell throughout building - distinct wet/old smell - in room and halls - badly needs replacing. Look clean and we saw a lot of cleaning by staff while there but this is the first to go if they decide to renovate - we kept window open to get fresh air We'd book again due to everything else but this did bother us a few times.

This is a fantastic hotel in Sunset Boulevard, the rooms are really spacious and nice (especially after New York standards), the pool setting is magical (like a small oasis in the city), the reception staff was very helpful in setting me up with a nice room and with a car rental, just ask them. For a relative value-for-money stay with a touch of elegance and a very central location, that's your pick.

SOS there is no cleaning service in the room!! It is really unacceptable that they are still (May 2022) invoking COVID not to have daily cleaning service - this is absolutely ridiculous for a 4-star hotel in Los Angeles. Apparently this is a practice they started in early 2020 and they keep doing it claiming it's "management policy" but still they are not taking anything off the price! I found that really absurd - next time I'm in LA, this hotel would still be my preferable option but not if they don't offer this.
