It was close to a lot of what we wanted to do. I liked how accommodating the staff was to our requests.

Not a lot of amenities at this property. It is a small boutique though.

I was astounded when I walked into my room. It is absolutely beautiful! I love the plush carpet and its wistful design. I love the sunken living room with a nice big couch and the balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The space is amazing. Lots of great light. It was a comfortable room to relax in. I ordered room service for breakfast, and the girl who brought it up was so very nice. I can tell she loves her job. The valet parkers were very nice and were always quick to bring out my car. This is the absolute most perfect location in the heart of West Hollywood. I love the neighborhood feel here. Really beautiful surroundings.

It would be nice to have two chairs and a little table to sit out on the balcony and have a drink in the evening or morning coffee out there. I was surprised by how many hotel feels the city of West Hollywood tacks onto a hotel bill. All those different fees each day were almost as much as the room rate!

There were a pair of sock left on room 324 that did not belong to us…which tells me the room was not cleaned at 100% we asked for housekeeping and the only thing we got back was towels and a folded bed however the room was not cleaned as it should of been. Aside from that front desk was awesome as always and the hotel is just nice! We love it…maybe if the pair of socks wouldnt had been there and the room was vacuumed it would be a perfect score.

this is a really great little boutique hotel in the quiet back streets of WeHo. great rooms and great facilities

when we stayed the service was definitely not up to the standard you would expect for. hotel at this price point. no servicing rooms, the bar at the pool was closed and the pool area was not regularly cleaned (dirty towels, dirty dishes lying around etc). also, the lift to the pool was out of service for most of our stay- which was fine unless you have mobility issues as the pool is on the fourth floor. I also didn’t appreciate that there are many hidden taxes and costs that were not disclosed or included in the room rate.

There room was cool, nice decor, spacious, came with a nice balcony, the bathroom was also nicely decorated and spacious, with closet space in the bathroom as well. Breakfast was enjoyable, my reservation came with vouchers for each guest for breakfast for 30$. The pool are was nice, a rooftop pool with nice city view. Location was nice, close to basically everything we wanted to see.

There was nothing that stands out that we did not like. Everything was as expected.

My husband and I stayed at the Chamberlain. We were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff. The hotel is the pure definition of a luxury experience with beautiful spaces, a gym, a bar/restaurant overlooking a patio and finally a pool on the rooftop. All of these amenities add up to a superb experience for a first time visitor to Los Angeles. The room we stayed in was very clean, beautiful interior design and spacious. We were very satisfied. One of the major advantages is the location; this hotel is in Beverly Hills (WeHo) and it is close to the trendy shops and restaurants of the city.

Nothing but high quality comes with a price.

The stay was a little pricey for just the room. It would have been great for the rooftop pool to be heated so it can be used during cooler months. Also would have been nice to have some music playing on the rooftop and to have cocktails served at the bar there. This would have created more of an atmosphere so we could spend more time up there as opposed to going to other hotel rooftops.

Well situated in a quiet residential area between Santa Monica Blvd and Sunset. Quiet, relaxing vibe for a busy area. The rooms are small, but the space is used well, our one bedroom even felt like a small apartment. Lobby was nice, restaurant/bar service was attentive. The daily wine hour was appreciated. Rooftop pool is on the small side, but was never overcrowded. The lounge areas surrounding it were comfortable and relaxing.

No real negatives, minor points: 1. The music by the pool was some overwhelming mix of techno-ragtime. We bonded with other guests over mutual confusion over the selection. 2. The roof top bar was not in service (although the lobby restaurant would deliver food and drinks promptly)

Great location and the rooms were great. We used the sofa bed for my son and it was perfect for him. Loved how the location was sandwiched between Santa Monica Blvd and Sunset Blvd.

The walls were pretty thin so you could hear a lot of noise at night with people coming and going. Additionally one of the elevators was broken and the whole hotel was limited to one elevator making it a very long wait time every time you needed to use it.

Excellent location on a residential street in close proximity to some great restaurants but still giving a quiet feel. Large room, clean and smelling nice, comfortable; water and welcome snacks were a nice touch. Very convenient vallet parking.

Bathroom a bit too small given how large the room is overall. Room entrance door a bit scratched and dated. Room balcony dirty, not cleaned up to enjoy it. No daily cleaning.
