It was clean, quiet and comfortable.
Water pressure was way too low which made it hard to shower. Toilet is way too close to you when you’re getting out of the shower to the point where your towel might touch it. That’s gross. The T.V didn’t work the second night. I called front desk but they weren’t able to fix it so it kinda sucked we couldn’t watch tv when we wanted to. Microwave also didn’t work that great. Overall stay was great but these things were annoying.

This is a beautiful hotel! My family had never stayed at a Garden Inn before but from now on I think that will be the only hotel we stay at! Our room was HUGE, the lobby and dining area were very nice and good sized. The room was very quiet, we all slept great while we were here. We also took advantage of the pool and gym and both were very nice. The hotel itself has a self-park underground parking garage which was very easy to use and had plenty of room. Breakfast was great and a step-above your standard free hotel breakfast. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a great location, quiet and safe but very close to everything Burbank has to offer and not far from the city of LA. I'm so glad we opted to stay here versus right in LA or Hollywood. My family and I had an almost 2-week long vacation in Southern California and this was by far the favorite hotel we stayed in. For anyone that is trying to decide where to stay in Burbank, or even outside of LA, look no further, this is the place!

Parking was very convenient and affordable for the area - rooms are spacious and everything was clean. Front desk associates were very helpful throughout the stay. They also made extending the stay by an additional night very easy.
A member of the dinning room staff during the breakfast buffet seemed disgruntled that we had a breakfast ticket and kept requesting our room number over and over again, which made the breakfast experience a bit uncomfortable.

Our shower head had terrible flow - small hard streams that were painful and made it hard to rinse off. The shower door made a creaking sound when opened. Also, the fridge cabinet door closed quickly/loudly, we kept accidentally slamming it - a soft close would have been amazing to save our ears!

The policy of not daily cleaning the room changing sheets and towels, plus not refreshing coffee beverage products daily, was a bit annoying. I had to request these items, and I'm not used to doing that

I checked in on Tuesday, April 11th. I wish I had the name of the clerk who checked me in, but she was VERY friendly and nice. My room was very quiet, spacious, and the location was perfect.
The mattress may need to be replaced, wasn't as comfortable as it could have been.

The property was perfectly in almost all the aspects except the restaurant.
The restaurant have very limited selection of food on the menu. The Fried fish meal was one of the most tasteless and plain fried fish I have ever tasted. Took a bite of it and was immediately put off. It looked so bland and the fried were super greasy. I did not call the restaurant to complain because the server there had a very “I don’t care attitude” from when I approached the bar to place my order. Other than the back food and bad bar person/server experience, everything was great.
