The location was perfect, the rooms were amazing, I'm a coffee drinker in the morning so having a coffee pot was perfect, I tried to get service to clean my room, mainly for coffee and cups but no one cleaned our room that day, so we asked the front desk for coffee and cups. Other then that everything was perfect for our stay, I did think that there was a continental breakfast, but I was wrong. I will definitely stay again. Staff was so friendly, so kind, attentive, and for the most part always making sure we were good.

Just 3 small items. The coffee and cups, and that there wasn't a continental breakfast.. but that might be my miss reading, also the charging for parking..

The room was good and the essentials were there: a good bed, good tv, solid internet and so on. And it was clean so it was exactly what i was expecting. The pool was better than expected so that was a nice bonus for us.

Paying for parking but that was to be expected.

Room was large and clean. The hours of the pool and restaurant and fitness center were on a welcome letter in the room for us. Starbucks coffee served on-site (which is why i chose this hotel over another!). There was a fold-out couch in the room, which was unexpected and perfect because i thought my kids would need to share one of the beds and they didn't have to. The front desk agent had our safety in mind and did not say our room number out loud (as they are not supposed to do), and that was very important since I am a female who was traveling alone with two kids.

Tv didn't have many channels, the bathroom floor grout was chipped and there were hard pieces all over the bathroom floor. The beds tilted downwards towards the head, making sleep a bit uncomfortable.

Convenient location for airport and our activities planned in Los Angeles. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, always there to give us items needed for the rooms. Complied with our request not to enter the room during our stay, which helped our feeling of security and health. Very quiet rooms despite being near the airport. Having Starbucks coffee and breakfast in house was great.

Room was a little outdated, bathroom especially, and a little small. Hallway walking in had the luggage holder (no other place to put it) and that got in the way when walking around the room. Those room air conditioners are loud so central air would probably help the noise.

They couldn't really check us in too early but they were able to give me one of the rooms an hourly early to 4. With 4 kids and 3 grown and very tired adults, we were just glad to lay down in one room for a little bit. The bottom snack store was awesome for late night cravings and we were actually at the end in a shopping mall which was really nice because Target and Walmart was all there if we needed something. Overall, I like the hotel. I would wish we could've had rooms next to each other since we booked 2 rooms for 7 people but it worked out anyway. Everyone including the guest we're really nice. Definitely would be here again. My God daughter forgot her charger in our room when we checked out at 9 so the lady in the front was sweet and gave us a temp card to just get in and get out. Thank you for accommodating my lovely teens. Their phones and chargers are their life. Lol.

The 1 card key was a bit of a bummer because for one, I always like a spare one in case I forget mines and someone is always given the spare. Plus we didn't have to always follow the one person to get in and out of our rooms or the pool gates. So. Maybe let guest request for 2 keys.

It was clean, real good location, and staff was great!

I did not know they charged 18 dollars for parking, the app specifies they charge 18 dollars per day for private parking, but they charge 18 dollars per day for parking in general, not a big deal tho. And also breakfast is not included, but there is a restaurant called Cafe de Olla 5 minutes away food is great!!, but you have to download Yelp app and reserve your spot. Things good to know for some people

Slept in through breakfast but the location was great 👍🏼

House keeping was not the best , called several times only to be told there was no one available the first time, I then asked for the trash to be picked up and needed more towels had to call a 3rd time when no one showed up for the trash , I wasn’t notified upon checkin that you would need to give a 24 hour notice for housekeeping .

This place was great. The rooms were the same size. They had a washing machine. They had a bistro. There was a target right by there. I will come back again.

Overall it was great. The only thing that was not clean was the carpet in the hallway. There were some stains. I assume it is hard to clean when there is constant walking traffic. Just a minor thing. Also parking is $18 a day. I did not expect that, because that is so much money. We stayed for 4 days.

Room was very clean. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, very nice. Staff very friendly. They even were able to recover some items I left behind after checkout. Friends picked up for me. Thank you all Courtyard staff.

I liked that there was a front desk attendee very early in the morning. The room was great and clean.

I did not enjoy the à la carte breakfast and was disappointed with the very small creamers. I get drip coffee free in my room and free in the lobby but no food.
