The rooms are lovely and the beds are very comfortable

I had used your hotel to escape my stalker. In the morning he had found me so, I ran into Lobby from the parking lot and asked your morning desk clerk for some assistance. So rude! I asked her to call 911 my stalker had found me and I needed the police. To which her reply was, and I quote, "do you have a room with us?". I look to your hotel now, because of your employee, I will never run from you again because is unsafe for me as the day is long. And just for your information, she did not call the authorities no help me in any way whatsoever. I walked out of your establishment and I won't be coming back

Megan at the front desk was so so so so sweet!! She did a great job engaging with each customer like they were special and she remembers my name despite the countless people who were coming and going. They also had white chocolate cranberry cookies which are my favorite! The shuttle was super convenient and the man driving was very kind and polite. It was raining and I felt bad that he was opening the door for me but I also recognized that it was part of the job. Even when the shuttle was coming to pick me up the family exiting before I got into it told me that I was going to really enjoy my stay! They really talked up the hotel and it lived up to the expectations which was pleasantly surprising. It was about 10 minutes from Burbank airport and overall was a lovely time!

I dropped half my waffle in the water container under the machine :( but that was my fault lol. The only actual criticism is that there was no good set up or lighting for doing make up

Parking service was excellant and the parking staff was very courteous. The breakfast service is good thanks to Daniel and the other staff. We eat low fat, whole grain vegetarian food and had some choices. The egg white omlette is good but not offered every day, boiled eggs are good as the yolk can be removed easily.

Housekeeping service is not done automatically daily. We learned from a housekeeping employee that guests have to request it from the front desk. Our bed was made with a stretched out mattress pad which caused the pad and sheet to come off. When we notified the housekeeping staff a new mattress pad was Oatmeal is a great choice but it was tasteless and too watery

The room was clean with a comfortable bed and shower. Also an extra lounge chair which was great. Another nice thing was that all the lights had their own light switches so that they can be adjusted separately rather than just one switch with all lights connected!! Parking was available but it was an extra $25 for valet parking which was easier than driving down in to the very narrow garage....but expensive on top of a pretty expensive room.

The breakfast was not much to speak of.

WiFi would connect, HOWEVER not do anything. The additional $20 for the only option of parking as valet was a bit of a surprise. Also, I ordered an ADA compliant room per the notes section of the booking via Booking.com. I was sent a confirmation of the ADA compliant handicap room was accepted by the hotel. Upon arrival, that was not the case. A standard room was all that was booked and arranged on my behalf, not an ADA Handicap compliant room at all. Would be great if the breakfast was held over until 11am instead of ending at 10am.

Rooms were clean and didn't need to ask for any extra accommodations. Staff was friendly, valet parking was very professional and timely, we never were left waiting for our car for more than a few minutes. The free breakfast was great, they had plenty of choices and a decent size seating area that easily accommodated our large group.

Bathrooms did not have an exhaust fan making our room very humid which made it difficult to sleep. We ended up taking cold showers to avoid humidity the second night of our stay and slept much better the second night.

We liked the location. It was in a quiet peaceful area. Room was very clean and comfortable. We were promptly given extra towels when we asked for them. Breakfast buffet was a good spread. Yes there is only valet parking with a nightly charge but every decent hotel makes you pay for nightly parking anyway. So it was not a deal breaker for us. People at the check in desk and at the valet parking were always helpful and kind. This is definitely our new hotel spot when we return.

Breakfast was excellent. Did not know valet parking only but not really a problem, you just texted them when you needed your car and only took about 5 min.

I assumed a suite was a separate bedroom from the sitting area.

This was the best breakfast that I have ever had at a hotel ever. This is definitely a bonus to the stay. The man and 2 women running it were top notch employees. Making sure guests had what they wanted and all done with smiles. This was my second time staying there. Comfortable and safe.

It seemed the shuttle from airport that I used 2 years ago was done. Instead they called me an uber but I thought the hotel would pick up that cost but I was charged for the ride. I was never told about that I just assumed the hotel absorbed the cost since they was no van.

Enjoyed breakfast! The parking attendant was quick and friendly. The suite was clean and the bed was comfy.

The hot tub was warm, no one was wearing a mask except myself, the staff and maybe one other guest. There is no parking for a visiting family member stopping by to say hi for an hour that doesn’t cost $22 unless they run across a four lane street after hopefully finding one of the few spaces curbside.
