The room appeared to be recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower has nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which was easy to use and good quality. the bedding was good quality and appeared to very clean. the AC unit worked well. I was happy to have a small couch in the room. I booked an extra night and I was going to have to move rooms. But the night staff moved things around and I was able to stay in my original room. That made me happy. I was happy to amble, free parking.

Very friendly and professional staff, expecially cleaning staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. I was able to check in before the scheduled time which I appreciated a lot.

Because I forgot my invoice, I requested twice for issuing an invoice and I send it to my mail. I didn't receve it - I had to ask somebody else to get a physical copy. And to make thing worse, the person from the hotel refused to send it by mail. Why ??? No aswer was received. This is simply unacceptable. I have never encountered such a behaviour from the hotel. Breakfast - very modest, without veggies or warm dishes.

The room was bigger than I expected, the bed was comfortable. The room had iron+ironing board, microwave, hairdryer, fridge, coffee machine, safe. Big TV with many different channels. The room was on the first floor, the area is nice, but can be a bit loud sometimes at night, parking is available for hotel guest. The bathroom was nice and it had several towels Everything was nice and clean. The staff were really nice and helpful! :) There was not much food for breakfast (Orange or apple juice from a machine), coffee, no milk. Bit of toast bread and butter/jam. Breakfast cereals were available too. But a Trader Joe's shop is nearby as well as a gas station where you can get a quick snack. There are also many little coffee shops and restaurants around.

Maybe a bit more variety for the breakfast would be good.

I booked this place so my parents-in-law could be close to my daughter's apartment and Gourmet ghetto we took them to. They liked the clean, modern room. It was very convenient to park right in front of their room so we could assist them with their luggage. They said the bed was comfortable.

Nothing. I would not count on their breakfast offerings. From what I saw, there was not much, but that did not bother my in-laws. We went to a restaurant nearby. Also, there is Trader Joe's across the street.

Great location. Walkable to most amenities. Bedding and stay was comfortable. Decent breakfast. Only thing is coffee machine was too basic but the breakfast choice made up for the need.

At first I was given a ground floor unit which was not that clean and I insisted first floor unit which met my expectations. No vending machine for late night thirst.

near to everything whatever you need like food places, convenient stores, public transportation and 30 minutes' walk to UC Berkeley.

there's a bug hiding in the corner of the leather single coach that bit me sorry wherever I go I always got bite/s so I always able to find where they're hiding. Just a little advice the room is clean but kindly make effort to vacuum the corner of all upholstery inside the room.

Staff was so friendly, check in was super easy and they even allowed me to check in later in the night. The room was clean and updated. The bathroom was beautiful! There is free parking, and the beds and pillows were nice. The room had a nice large TV, the remote was a little confusing. There is a Nations Giant Burger by the motel that is open late. The vending machines were out of order, but they had drinks and snacks for sale in the lobby. There was a really cool light that had a nightlight feature on it, which I thought was great to help with small children or to help you see a little at night. The parking lot was well lit at night and the shades on the windows help to keep the light out. You can tell that the staff takes pride in this property.

Our room had 2 queen beds, but it was kind of a small room and limited storage. The beds felt like a full and not a queen. It wasn’t a problem for us, but something that should be noted. There wasn’t a screen on our bathroom window, granted we were on the second floor. The only recommendation I would make is to invest in pillow protectors for the rooms.

Room was clean and comfortable. Well kept. Everything was in very nice condition. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the free parking. So grateful for the free parking!

I think everything was very good for the price. The photos online may make everything appear a bit bigger than it really is.

I stayed here one night while in town for a concert. There was free onsite parking, which is a plus. The room looked like it had been recently updated - there were plenty of outlets for devices and the furnishings were modern. The shower was a good size and the water heated up nicely. Beds were comfortable, though the pillows were quite soft. Overall, the room was well appointed with a microwave, a mini-fridge with a separate freezer, and a large television. Location was convenient to UC Berkeley, restaurants, etc. Overall, I would stay here again.

It looked like they were in the middle of working on the property so there were tarps and taped areas where they must have been painting. I had a double queen room, which was large enough for two people, but if I had a larger group or a family it would have been tight. The towels were a bit scratchy and thin. I noticed on the morning I was leaving that the window in the bathroom appeared to be broken.

The room was very clean.

My car got broken into in the hotel parking lot. I was picking up my daughter from Berkeley for the summer and had a bunch of things in the back seat. My window got smashed and two bags of her clothes got stolen. I was told afterwards by other parents that you never, ever leave things inside the car where they can be seen when it comes to the Bay area.
