Where do I even start, I can’t even describe how amazing this place is!!! From minute you are greeted at the door by a glamorous friendly host called Bridget you are made to feel right at home. My bags were carried to my room by her son Mark who was also more than helpful throughout my stay and nothing was too much trouble for either of them in fact they went above and beyond. My room was so comfortable, with crisp white linen and velvet throws and cushions and spotless with hairdryer (thx god)plenty of Tea and coffee and big bottle of water even a little chocolate bar which was a nice touch. The cups were disposable so you could take a cuppa with you on your travels if you wanted which is great thinking! Beautiful window box display adorned my two windows which had stunning velvet black out curtains. Extremely quiet place despite being on the street. I’ve stayed in so many b&bs around Ireland and nothing beats this breakfast omg yummy scrummy!!! To set the scene you are met with the sound of relaxing music, each table is set so you don’t have to move. The chairs have beautiful silky cream chair covers like at a wedding to match the beautiful table linen. The room is decorated with so many thank you cards from previous happy guests among plaques for awards for their hospitality together with beautiful glass wear and stunning red velvet wallpaper. You just have to see it. Each table has Orange juice, biggest bowl of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, breads, you can have a pancake with fruit and cream if you wish, you are provided with the biggest pot of tea or coffee, the most amazing full Irish I’ve ever tasted with plenty toast. Loads of other options but this is what I had. I didn’t have to eat until the evening. I most certainly will be back thx so much to mark and Bridget you deserve an award 🥇
You couldn’t possibly find a negative point about this place and you are clearly nit picking and impossible to please if you do. All the positive reviews speak for themselves

Location is great, just 30 seconds from the town centre, plenty of places to eat and drink locally, warmly greeted by the wonderful Bridget and her son, they couldn’t do enough for me. Genuinely lovely people, a nice comfortable room, very dated but clean and cosy with plenty of space plus a small en-suite bathroom, tea & coffee making facilities and a TV. Lovely dining room, obviously cherished by the owners, the breakfast was good, varied and plentiful. One of the main plus points for me was the locked garage so that my motorcycle was secured overnight.
Couldn’t find a hairdryer in the room although hardly a dislike, more an observation. Dislike is too strong a term in this case. Beds in my room were very very soft, a little too soft for my liking but again, not a deal breaker.

Where to start!!! I suppose the easiest way to describe our stay is to quote my friend "The only bad thing about here is that it's ruined every other B&B for us". I can only say that Bridget is an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived to the time of our departure, she made us feel so welcome. The place is spotless and beautifully decorated with an old world charm that is so rare nowadays. And as for the breakfast.....it was out of this world!! The mixed fresh fruit, mini pancakes with fruit and fresh cream, full Irish and a choice of brown soda breads, white bread and toast. I honestly cannot praise InisRoss and Bridget and Mark enough.
Nothing.

Brigid was most welcoming on our arrival to InisRoss at 4pm. She was warm, friendly and extremely amicable and helpful. The place was amazing ….steeped in history and very atmospheric. We slept amazingly well in our 3 bed bedroom (No.6)! The breakfast was outstanding! We had fresh fruit plus yoghurt! Followed by her homemade pancakes! Followed by a great choice of cereal. Then the Full Irish breakfast to follow….plus tea/coffee and wheaten bread and toast! Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. The presentation of the breakfast table was a work of art in itself.
We love everything about our stay at InisRoss.

The Inishross House B&B was a highpoint in our lodging experience. It had been a long day and long drive over from the Ring of Kerry and the Rock of Cashel. We were greeted at the door by Bridget, the hostess, a most charming welcome. It was like coming home, Bridget made us feel right at home. The accommodations were better than advertised; the beds were probably the most comfortable of our 10 day Irish stay; and the breakfast and its setting was a meal to be remembered. Its location near city center made it convenient to restaurants and shopping. My son and his family and I would definitely want to stay again! Thank you, Bridget for making our stay special!
absolutely no complaints!

Inishross was a wonderful introduction to Ireland after 2 long flights. We were treated to a very clean room, a comfortable bed with crisp linen with our own ensuite. Next morning we were stunned by the very generous Irish breakfast. Bridget and her son were gracious hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were so helpful, with Mark managing our bags and pointing us in the right direction. The building frontage is quite deceiving. Once you step through the door, another world of gracious times in a bygone era opens up. Thank you Bridget and Mark for a delightful few days. Yvonne and Paula

Brigid was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. She had lots of stories to share about the filming of “Small Things Like These” which took place in the town and some of which was filmed in the guest house. It was fascinating to listen and to see the photo book. Brigid also gave us very useful tips for where we could get our evening meal. Our room was very comfortable and the home coked breakfast was absolutely splendid, consisting of multiple courses, all excellent. There was lots to see in New Ross itself, we had a lovely walk along the river. If we had had more time we would have visited the Emigrant Trail & exhibition and viewed the tapestries. Well worth another visit.
Everything was great.

Everything about this place is special, from the beautiful window displays, to the lovely rooms with an old world feel but complete with all mod cons. The breakfast room was wonderfully decorated and the presentation was amazing, cereal and fresh fruit, yogurts with various flavours. The cooked breakfast was marvellous, well done to Bridget and Mark.
Nothing was wrong, only wish could stay longer.

It's like stepping back in time but with all mod cons too! Inishross House is absolutely outstanding, a truly exceptional guest house. Brigid and Mark are lovely people and they made my stay really enjoyable. The room had everything, even bottled water and a chocolate bar, it's the little things. Comfortable bed and excellent shower and very quiet at night. So, on to breakfast and here the wow factor goes into orbit. The dining room is nothing short of sensational and the food choices magnificent. I had kippers! You don't often have that choice here. Watch out for scenes filmed in the revamped dining room as a barbers in the upcoming movie 'Small Things Like These'. And if you go there ask Brigid about her meeting with Cillian Murphy. It's a good one!
Nothing watsoever.

Bridget was a fabulous host, happy to help and answer all our questions with suggestions of where to go and what to do. Location was fabulous as we were able to walk all around New Ross and do the walk that takes you to all the significant places. Breakfast was spectacular with dining room set up beautifully and we had fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt, pancakes toast and a cooked Irish breakfast with the lot. It was all delicious and wish we could have stayed an extra night.
Everything was lovely
