ibis Toulouse Centre

Perfect central location in Toulouse, very close to Place du Capitole, very helpful and positive staff and good breakfast everyday, quite good value for the money. Very easy to reach the hotel via Toulouse Blagnac Airport shuttle and dropping off by Jean D’Arc station (walking distance to hotel) Great wireless speed for business purposes. No need to activate via room number log in etc. Taxi arrangement via reception works flawlessly.

Room was quite small, no fridge in the room, no wardrobe, only some hidden hangers around TV. Very limited Tv channels (Only French, no international)

Value for money and excellent location. The centre is a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Direct bus from/to the airport, stopping by only 5 mins away from the hotel. There's also a central bus terminus nearby. Very good breakfast served with fresh delicacies (pastries, delicatessen and others). Quiet room and neighbourhood.

Tiny tiny room and bathroom. Creaky (and uneven) parquet room-floor. Little space reserved for clothing.

The location was excellent. Very easy to reach from the airport and very close to the city center. The room was a bit small but it was quiet and clean and had what we needed and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was basic and had many more sweet options than savoury. Very few of the staff spoke English and it was very hard to communicate. One issue we had was that our card keys (which were used for the room and the lift) stopped working while we were in the lift and the staff did not take care of it properly.

Although the room was small, it was clean and had a big bed for 2 people. They should have changed the towels more often-between the uses- but other than that, very pleasant staff and very helpful, even after our check out! They kept for around 7 hours our luggage secure and we could stroll around the city without carrying it! The hotel is literally 5 minutes from the city center! very good value for money and great location-3 mins from bus station to the airport and metro station!

Location was good, off a quiet side street not far from Jeanne D'arc metro and bus station and a short walk from Gare Matabiau, Rue De Strasbourg and Capitole. Fairly quiet area, no traffic or neighbourhood noise. Staff were friendly and helpful

Room was fairly small, twin beds very close together, Mattress just plonked on top of the bed base, meaning it was liable to slide off, by the morning it was hanging off the side of the base, although the bed was comfortable itself. Long hairs all over the bathroom, wall, shower, window etc.

Lovely hotel with the most helpful of staff, especially the girl with blond hair, glasses and tattoos. Went above and beyond with all our questions etc. and even writing everything down for us in English! Very good breakfast. Rooms comfortable but a bit on the small side

More coat hangers for our clothes

Great value for money ! The hotel is situated very close to the city centre (5-10 min walk), to the central train station (10min walk) and right next to the Rue Charles de Rémusat (street with many shops) and Victor Hugo Market which is a must for most :) The bed and the pillows were really comfortable and towels seemed well maintained if not new ones. If you are looking for a room with a view, this might not be the case for you, but if you are in Toulouse for vacations, you wont'be staying in the room for long - that' s for sure. Should be also noted that the room was daily cleaned and whenever neaded the towels were changed. Also, a big plus was that there were plenty of electrical outlets and a usb docking station so you could easily charge all of your electrical equipment. Last but not the least, a big thumbs up for the staff which was efficient (quick check-in, check-out process) and helpful (i forgot my handbag at the lobby and thankfully they had spotted it and saved it for me).

The room was not that big (end especially the bathroom) but if you are staying for just a couple of days or a week it will be just fine. The location... as already mentioned, it was really close to the city centre and busy streets, However someone might find it a bit off the road, a bit dark especially the Place Jeanne D'Arc which is nearby, but i would personally not find it scary or dangerous.

We loved that it was so central to Toulouse and that they catered for all of our needs. They understood that we were English and tried there hardest to speak to us in English. The lizards on the outer wall was just an amazing experience to see every night.

The air con units could do with me upgraded as it was extremely warm while we were staying but they still worked just wasn’t as cold as we would have liked.

The location is great. close to everything. It has the basic and is close to Metro and only 10 min from the train station. It was quiet and nice. the beds were great. I like the window in the bathroom.

The room is small, there is very little space to open the door. but for the price and the location, it is not a big issue.
