Hotel Ours Blanc - Place Victor Hugo

The staff was really helpful and professional. We were able to check in a bit earlier, and front desk was quick to accommodate our need for both refrigeration (as we needed to store some medications) as well as a freezer for our cooling elements. The hotel is very basic, but clean and very well located, with aircon in the rooms and agreements with a parking space near by for a cheap 24 hours parking. Very good price-quality ratio

There is nothing I didn't like. For the price of this hotel, you get more than you pay for. As other people have mentioned, perhaps you wouldn't want to take a first date there, as the bathroom privacy could be, well, more private, but being married for 15+ years, nothing that we haven't seen or heard before ;-)

A very cozy hotel. Rooms are snug but spacious with a very comfortable bed, and the bathrooms were clean and well equipped. Fantastic location, only five to ten minutes walk away from the city centre and main transport hubs. Highly recommend.

Breakfast isn't value for money considering the availability of local cafes and bakeries on offer. However, staff were extremely understanding and decided not to charge us for it upon hearing about our disappointment.

The room was perfect for my stay. A single room with a big window opening on the roofs, very pretty. A bathroom with shower and toilets. The continental breakfast was really nice. The staff was always nice and helpful.

The only little hick would have to be the toilets as they were literally really close to the shower and I could have had a footpath while on the loo 😊

This hotel is easy to walk to from the train station and is in a great location to see the city. The room was much larger than expected. Room was comfortable and quiet. There is a lift which made it easy to get to the room with luggage. The front desk is always staffed and the people at the desk are very helpful. We were able to store luggage when we arrived very early and when we checked out.

If you're just looking for a place to stay the night and are okay with just the simplest of amenities, this place is great especially in the summer where airconditioners aren't really often seen and used in France.

The walls are thin so if you're sensitive to sounds and noise, it might be a bit difficult to bear especially if the one next door is noisy.

Room is big enough for 2 people, the street is pretty close to the centre and in front of the market which was really great. There were towels and hair drier as well as the blanket and tv!

The bathroom with mirror and hair drier and the one with the shower were separated which is kind a weird and inconvenient since after going to toilette you have to change the room in order to wash the hands.

The hotel was conveniently located close to both the train station and the city centre. The hotel staff was kind and the room was satisfactory.

The shower could have had a shower curtain. Without one, the water sprayed to the floor. The air-conditioning was a bit ineffective as well.

It is realy in the center of Toulouse, you can walk to different key areas The reception is open 24 hours and the beds were confortable, for a 2 night stay, i think i will surely come back here again!

First time in Toulouse, attending on one Conference. This hotel is located in the city center, close to Capitol. Everything was great and I will stay at the same place when visiting Toulouse again.

All went well. I liked the separate little rooms for the shower, bathroom, and sink. It was practical and useful. The location was perfect, with a lovely shopping area around it and a short walk to the business area. I was completely happy. The staff was especially great, attentive and kind.
