Hotel Ours Blanc - Wilson

Great location in Toulouse, around the corner from lively Place de President Wilson; neighborhood and surrounding area are lively and feel very safe day and night. I enjoyed a movie at the Wilson Pathé theatre, shopped at Les Printemps (department store) and had no concerns for safety day or night. Room was small (but typical for Europe) in older hotel that retains a moderne-style charm, full bath tub was a bonus, range of lighting options. Bath stocked with a full amenity kit (sewing, q-tips, razor, toothbrush & toothpaste). 24-hour front desk staff. This hotel is great.

The hotel was great, its only flaw may be the queen size bed. It was great for a solo traveller but would have been too small for two. The Patisserie (bakery) across the street opens at 8:00am and doesn't have croissants at time of opening. Later in the day, I saw beautiful croissants but had enjoyed breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel is very well located and allows us to walk around the city with ease. There are great options of cafes, snack bars and restaurants around. The room is comfortable, there is a safe and a desk, as well as a closet to hang clothes. The bathroom is spacious, with a good walk-in shower. The staff was attentive at all times, especially when we had to extend our stay. Very rich breakfast, with several options, all very tasty.

This is not a criticism of the hotel specifically, but as it is located in a busy area, it is normal to hear noise from the street, and also from the flow of people in the corridors. It wasn't a big problem for us, but it could affect those who are more sensitive.

This hotel is a great option for those visiting Toulouse with the concern of staying well accommodated at a relatively affordable price, while also prioritizing location. In fact, the location couldn't be better, as it is right in the center of this incredible city, with excellent pedestrian access to almost all the main tourist attractions. The room is comfortable and very clean. I didn't try the breakfast. I highly recommend it.

Despite being a cultural issue in French lands, there could (and should) be a greater incentive and effort from the staff of this accommodation to communicate better in English. The hotel's single elevator is somewhat run-down. The hairdryer in the bathroom overheats. There is a lack of electronic lock systems, and it is not comfortable to have to carry a key all day, especially a large one.

The location is excellent and the staff very friendly. Furthermore, the breakfast was nice and the room was comfortable. Everything was within walking distance in the center of Toulouse.

Unfortunately, there was an event on Place Wilson on that night and there was a lot of noise in the street when people left it around 1 am, 2 am...etc. And the room was too small to sleep without opening a little bit the window to get some fresh air...and noise. The hotel has nothing to do with it but I will check next time that there is no event on that night on Place Wilson...

The hotel is at an excellent location in the centre of Toulouse. You can walk to all the important places. There are plenty of restaurants, caffees, shops. It is very easy to walk everywhere. There is plenty of life around Toulouse is a beautiful city not too big and not too small. There is something for everyone and our hotel was at the centre

Excellent location for exploring the city on foot. Lovely view from our window, and we very much appreciated the free drinks in our room on arrival. Very friendly staff, also in another Ours Blanc hotel in Toulouse, which we went into by mistake and were kindly given directions to our Ours Blanc!

The ensuite toilet was very small and cramped, which, for a long-legged person turned a trip to the loo into an acrobatic adventure!

the location was excellent. It is near to the city hall as well as to the metro. staff is very friendly. The only downpoint for me was that breakfast was not included. The room was very cozy and comfy. lovely city view.

Not a huge room but very well laid out with a great bathroom and plenty of storage. The bed was super comfortable, breakfast was great and staff super helpful. They arranged for storage of our bicycles at thier other hotel 50m down the road. The location was absolutly perfect, close to the centre of town but not amongst all the noise.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Friendly welcoming staff. Comfortable rooms and in a great location for the centre of Toulouse and the Christmas Market which is why we were there.

I would appreciate some decaffeinated coffee sachets or pods I could use in the machine in reception or perhaps a kettle could be provided in each room, if not too costly?

Great hotel, ideally situated in the centre of the city. Close to the wonderful Victor Hugo Market, independent little shops & some excellent restaurants/bars. Friendly, helpful staff. The room & bathroom were exceptionally clean, good aircon & a very comfy bed. The selection of free soft drinks in the mini bar was a nice touch. A good place to stay for a short break in this amazing city.
