Citadines Wilson Toulouse

I would like to thank the staff for having been so caring and exceptional with us. I was travelling with a baby and my two older parents and they went above and beyond to help them (when I was not there during the day), to help them with the stroller the few steps that there were. Thank you for the bottom of my heart also for your flexibility allowing us a later check out, very appreciated.

The pages says there is a lift but there were some steps to access our apartment. You should make this clear in the description.

The location was excellent for its proximity to the sites we wanted to see. We appreciate the restaurant suggestion, Meet the Meat. Being on the 7th floor was great as we could not hear any street noise.

We needed clarification about the onsite parking. We ended up parking several blocks away. Yes, there was closer parking available. Being unfamiliar with the area, we were challenged as to how to access it. User error as it was our first time in Toulouse. We thought it strange that the toilet and shower were not in the same area. However, it was a non-issue.

Great location near the centre, easy walking to most things and also on good bus routes, 10-15 minutes' walk from the train station. General facilities, comfortable tables and chairs and free tea and good coffee. Welcoming and helpful staff. Very clean. I had a room overlooking the garden that was very quiet.

It was great to have a small kitchenette with cooking and dishwashing facilities, however in my room that was one of the smaller studios there was limited eating space, really only big enough for one person.

Really good location. We arrived after midnight and the staff were lovely and accommodating! The room was nice, but basic. Just what we needed as we spent our days out exploring. Having the kitchenette was an added bonus and the air con worked really well which was ideal for July! The bed was comfy, there was an option to get extra bedding from reception if you want additional pillows etc.

Location and friendly staff. Also love having kitchen facilities and iron. Having our room attended to with new sheets and towels was really appreciated. The room was very quiet given it was very central and on busy street. Supermarket very handy too.

Unfortunately the room was very hot!! We tried to get the air condition working but no luck. Ended up having to put wet towels on ourselves to get cool enough to get to sleep. Temperature outside was generally around 23 degreees.

The location is excellent for visiting the sights in Toulouse. Availability of parking was a bonus. The staff were exceptionally helpful in helping us to repatriate some belongings we left in our room! Complimentary coffee and tea were a good bonus.

It's on a busy street but our room at the back was very quiet. The immediately adjacent supermarket was excellent, the only slight downer being a few people on the pavement drinking and begging, but not a big deal. The rooms are small, as often is the case in a big city hotel, but comfortable enough.

It was my first time visit to Toulouse with my daughter. Location of the hotel is superb, within walking distance to the the City Centre, Metro, Public Transport & the Tourist Information Centre. Receptionists are very friendly, professional and will assists you with whatever you will need. I would recommend the hotel to my family or friends who will be visiting the city of Toulouse.

Staff very responsive to requests such as sending a coffee machine and replacing a defective toaster. Rooms were clean and tidy and though quite narrow, car fit in garage space located very conveniently in the basement!

When arriving by car, parking space in front of building is hard to secure

Great Staff. Caring and accommodating. rooms had what we needed. good beds. good pressure in shower easy to access ... get in and get out of property. parking a car... forget that!! you need a mini mini it is just too small and risky to get in and out with a rental!! period, But the staff warned and had options in the area. This was super appreciated!

The staff are always very helpful, even to the length of finding a pharmacy that was open on a Sunday for us. Despite being on a busy street near the city centre, the hotel and our room in particular were very quiet and peaceful, which we loved.
