Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, with everything more or less on the doorstep. Room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel facilities were great.

Only warning would be on parking. We managed to get into the hotel car park on our second night because it was full when we arrived. The nearby public car park has a low height limit (<1.90m), so we had to circle and find a spot on the street. Not really a complaint against the hotel, just a warning. The staff did everything they could to help and advise.

Within walking distance to the main square in Toulouse, the Place du Capitole - it takes less than 10 minutes. The room was stylish and cool and very comfortable and quiet. The black out blind was effective. Breakfast was ok but come early as the selection reduces closer to the finish time. Water/Tea/Coffee provided down stairs and there is a public area with a microwave, which could be handy if you needed it!

The stairs are a little cramped if you decide not take the lift - not unexpected given the age of the building.

The room was comfortable and I liked the tropical vibe. I liked the fact that at night I could close the windows shatters and have a dark environment, good for my insomnia. I had space to work in the small table in the room.

The room was not 100% clean, in particular the toilet. I found blood spots... Also finding the light's switches was a little tricky. Part of the room was not well illuminated and it was not the best being in front of the mirror but without illumination. Moreover, part of the room was cold since the heater at the entrance was not enough to heat properly the corridor, nor the bathroom.

What an excellent property! We absolutely loved the staff- who were extremely friendly; the room had amazing air conditioning (a/c) and the bed was super comfortable; and the location was within walking distance to everything! We loved the water fill up station and the free coffee in the morning.

Nothing was bad - the room is a tad on the small size and could use some more closet space, but overall, it was perfect for a sleeping spot while being out for the day.

Staff on the front desk were very helpful and friendly, room was comfortable and clean and the shower was great. Coffee machine in the room was lovely for a coffee in bed, walking distance from the city and the station, and baggagerie to leave your bags after you check out. Really can't fault this place!

Nothing, it was excellent

It is conveniently located central to the places of interest and even to the train station. Rooms are clean and the staff were very friendly and all smiles all the time. They were helpful with directions and ensuring that we enjoyed our stay. They took the time to explain the facilities that were provided. Recommended place to stay.

The bath area seemed to leak while we bathed perhaps we were unsure of how to use the shower screen.

Light touch new decor and very casually comfortable. Generous extras included; free coffee 24/7, cold water, elevator, lovely common area, clean bathrooms, good quality linens and extra pillows!!! Plus a very nice breakfast too for $5e. Best of all parking! (as available) Happy helpful staff was such a nice way to be greeted too.

12 min walk to capital plaza was fine and big city acceptable. I wasn’t as comfortable walking in other directions necessarily.

A very comfortable hotel at a reasonable price, not far from the main train station. It has a nice lounge area with coffee and tea available at all time, and tea available in the room. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with quality products. The bathroom had a bath tub, and the bedroom was relatively spacious.

Very central place. You can walk to night out places in 5/10 minutes and it does not get the streets loud. So, perfect location. They present free coffee and filtered water in lobby for free. Thats also pretty cute. Room was very clean and they change towels everyday. Beds and pillows were fantastic. They were on the high level perfection of comfort.

I can't count any point to dislike
