ibis Lyon Centre Perrache

Lovely clean modern room, nice decor, good location a short walk from the centre. Nice lobby area to relax in and the staff were lovely. Very kindly let me change the date of my booking due to a cancelled flight. Right next to Perrache train station so perfect for a weekend break.

No fridge or water in room which would have been nice, couldn't get air con to work. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Work being done in the building but didn't affect us.

Location was central to roads and train station, and the hotel situated right next door to the famous Brasserie Georges. Room was big, quiet and comfortable with an excellent shower. Breakfast was buffet style and comprehensive.

Hotel is tricky to get to through via the road system, and it is expensive to park nearby. We were lucky that our room was facing away from the main road and rail was very quiet and private, otherwise the noise of trains and traffic would be too much.

We liked everything the hotel had to offer: the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was a good size, clean and quiet with comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to shops etc. The breakfast had a good selection of everything. We popped into the bar a couple of times... again staff very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing to not like.

we always stay here for one night on a stopover drive from Germany to Spain, and love the location (next to autoroute, covered parking and restaurants). the staff are friendly, the rooms large enough, clean and well insulated so even though next to the autoroute it’s quiet.

this is not for those looking for a romantic luxury getaway- it’s functional and central

Lyon is halfway to our final destination in Spain, so we always stopover in the ibis Lyon. The location is perfect, next to a parking lot big enough to fit a big car with roof (and for only EUR8 overnight). It's also great for strolling into Lyon old town for some nice restaurants and sights. The hotel is clean, central, the staff are friendly and speak good English. And they allow dogs!

Almost all! The receptionists and the staffs are very friendly and ready to help, the room was very clean, the shower work very good, the size is enough for 2 persons, and the breakfast was all what you need. Parking is a few meter from hotel and cheaper price if you pay in the hotel, the city centre is walking distance, and or easily accessable via the public transport (station is a few meter away from hotel). To conclude it was beyong expectation!

Almost nothing, but we miss a bit the refrigerator. But it doesn’t change our satisfaction level. 😉

it was very hot in the room. we left the car park by a different exit to entry and found it really difficult to make our way back to the hotel to collect our bags, we should have just taken our bags and children all in one go rather than think we could drive back to pick everything up.

Centrally located very clean and comfortable with a hospitable staff! The bathroom particularly the shower was excellent. The staff was courteous and friendly.

Could have had a tea kettle and coffee in the room.. Not enough pillows..

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was of good size. Double bed was very comfortable. Bathroom facilities were good. No noise in or outside hotel. Breakfast was very good. Located near train and tram stations.

No tea or coffee in the room but is available at the bar downstairs open 24/7.

Perfect in every way. Great location 3 min walk from the station Lyon Perrache, transport links, city center 10 min walk. Fully renovated, spotlessly clean everywhere, very quiet, room very comfortable bed, generous size bathroom, excellent breakfast. AMAZING staff, especially the two ladies at breakfast. Very friendly, helpful and efficient inspite of overly busy breakfast room on Sat and Sun. This stay has exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.
