The staff here are always awesome

I’ve stayed here 4 times now. The pull out beds are so uncomfortable. With all due respect, new mattresses or a topper would be a wonderful thing. If you had rooms with separate sleeping quarters (2 beds with 1 private separate bedroom) I’m sure you’d book that! Sometime people just want a separate bedroom. This time our carpet wasn’t done properly, there’s was no bar soap, and there was still a coffee pod in the coffee maker. We will still come back though, as it’s still our little getaway, and everyone there is wonderful!

The young man at front desk went the extra mile to make sure we had a quiet room. My fiance was having day surgery the next day so we both needed a quiet night and it was! Thank you for that! Our stay was quiet and comfortable and a great location right next to several decent restaurants. Complimentary hot continental breakfast was tasty, mastered the waffle maker. Cozy breakfast area. Room was very clean, shower pressure was amazing, beds comfortable. We were given a 15% off coupon the The George pub which is my favourite Okotoks place to eat and enjoy some beer. Pet rooms also available. Will definitely book again.

Not much to dislike...actually nothing comes to mind.

The location was great with all kinds of amenities close by. The intake staff was awesome, friendly and helpful very obliging to a personal request we had.

We left the do not disturb card on our room door while we were away but that was ignored by the cleaning staff, That broke my trust and I was very upset about it. There was no need what so ever for any one to be in our room. Personally I felt that our privacy was violated. Breakfast was ready at 6am. We went at 6:15and the 2 coffee coffee pots were empty. The following morning we went at about 6:10am and found two of the juice dispensers we empty. Orange juice and citrus peach. Really, some one should be assigned to look after the breakfast area. All the rest of breakfast was very good and well set up. We reported the shortages to the desk and they thanked us. We did wish that there was better handicapped parking. (closer)

Excellent staff, bed was very comfortable, clean room, breakfast staff awesome, cleaning staff awesome...

Suggest hire a student to go outside and clean up cigarette butts, wipe down the outside table (glass top very dirty), tuck the chairs in (sitting area outside) so it looks like it was tended to. There were small garbage boxes out side, way too small, overflowing and they were all dented, looked messy and unkept. They did not get a thumbs up for first impressions. Eating area was very squishy, I ended up tripping over a chair leg a spilled coffee, it was embarrassing and distracting for the other guests

Breakfast was good - not enough (any?) fresh fruit by the time we got there - admittedly late in the morning.

The evening we arrived bacon had been (was being) cooked in the gathering room opposite our room (225 I believe) and the smell permeated the whole hallway and our room (despite air freshener you'd used). I believe if you are going to allow the cooking of such odorous foodstuffs, the door should at least be kept closed to that space. Only the person cooking, and one other I believe, was in there so whatever had been happening in there was over (hence the open door?).

it was clean, and a perfect little suite for my mom and I with the separate bedroom. Fridge and microwave were a lovely addition, and the 2 HUGE TVs were a bonus! Daniel at the front desk was such a bright light that represents this establishment with class. What a great young man. I would highly recommend Lakeview Inns and Suites, and we’re looking forward to the free breakfast tomorrow too. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!!! it was perfect.

could have had a few more things in the coffee bar. couple of teas would have been nice.

Breakfast was really good and lots of variety. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was right on and most convenient. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. We are pleased with the price we paid. Loved the Rogu tv so we could chose what to watch

We are older and found the couch in the living room area to be uncomfortable but loved the big tv.

Couple. Of things one was I thought I reserved a king suite mad I guess it was a queen suite I asked to be upgraded but because I booked on Booking.com they said I could not be upgraded did not understand that and the second the beds were not soft this time normally wake up my back feels great this time there was no padding like the mattress was worn

The place is really nice ,easy to find and all the accommodations around the hotel like pharmacy, gas station ,very close. I will come back in the future for sure.Staff , nice and friendly.Room comfortable and clean.

At breakfast I wish that you have more options for fruits,some biscuits would be nice to have, in general very good.

We had a standard Queen room with 2 beds, it was large and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and generous. The staff were all very friendly. only annoying thing was minor, one of the bedside lights was broken making it hard to read. The part time kid at the front desk didn’t seem to care so the next person that comes in will have to deal with it, or not. Excellent value for the price.
