Canadas Best Value Inn Chinook Station

Good value for money.

Charged me twice for the room which took 48 hours to refund. Had to pay a 100 dollar deposit which they only refunded after having to write 2 emails which they did not reply to. The reception had bars all around it from the counter to ceiling??

the accommodation is clean and tidy. all amenities are available. Kitchen, plenty of dishes, dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer, 3 bathrooms, as well as washing machine, toaster, microwave oven, good gas stove and oven. A very beautiful and huge terrace with a view of the whole city and the sea. The owner was always in touch and helped with all the problems we encountered. Thanks for the tips on vacations, finding where to buy the best fruit, and helping out with the scooter and liner and more. Overall, my family really enjoyed their stay and time spent at Monte di Procida

Young lady - The receptionist is in so bad mood and is not able to provide a password to explain where able to find it. Finally came to the room and showed up with a finger what is it the black box ( router) - and the location for the password? But after 10 hours drive - I'm not able to read this small digit on the back of the router which is located behind the TV

Location is good. I selected a room with kitchenette and it helped a lot. Chinook mall and c-train is walkable, and downtown is nearby. Pricing per night is reasonable.

Walls and ceiling is thin, You can hear some noise. I don't know if the person living upstairs was walking or jumping. Was a little bit cold inside as ac was not allowed. Damage deposit of $300 for 8 nights stay was huge. Others charge $100 for similar stays.

for the price the rooms offer, this is an excellent option, the location was very convenient for me

I have experience in cleaning rooms, a little attention to detail needs to be paid, they will not be a big cost for the hotel, but will increase the rating of the hotel

Room was large but the last room on beside the road so there was some road noise. I also needed the extra heater that was in the room to keep the chill down but it worked great and there was no chill with the extra heater. It appeared and smelled very clean. Fridge and good tv were nice to have and the location was great. If you come from the South, you have to do a u-turn a small distance to the North, no big deal. Just keep it in mind.

The location was amazing, 10 minute walk to the mall and other amenities. There was also laundry on site and a printer if needed. The room was clean and had a large balcony and a mini fridge. Nice bathroom with good water pressure and temperature.

The room was a lot better than what I was expecting. The staff was great at the front desk. The location was perfect for what we wanted to explore and see. I would recommend this place

No bath tub plug! But I've noticed in varying recent hotel/motel stays that few places do. Do people steal them? Do they transmit Covid? In future I'm adding one to my travel bag that will stay there permanently~

I really enjoy having a balcony, I'm a smoker, so it's very convenient. Also, the place is super clean. Hats off to the cleaning crew here, they really go over & above the call of duty that's for sure. Fantastic job they do. There's also a mini fridge in every room, which is very handy. Also I must mention, that anyone entering the buildings, need a key (card to scan), to get into the building & rooms, so that makes me feel very comfortable & safe.

I really can't say anything bad about this Motel. The staff is super friendly & very helpful. If you want something, you just have to ask, & they'll go out of their way to accommodate you. Awesome staff here, a person couldn't ask for any better. 🙂
