The breakfast was outstanding and the service was terrific as well. The room setup was a bit odd because the AC unit roared away right beside the bed, this needs adjusting. Some cold, filtered water dispenser available to guests in the lobby would be welcomed. Outside ashtrays, although not a cigarette smoker need to be larger as what available was overflowing and butts scattered all around the sitting areas. Russell had a terrific time as well, meeting every Staff member and was your official Lobby greeter whenever he was available and while out and about for his daily runs. Again today your Staff also found, reported it to the Front desk they, Hainah in turn called us immediately that the ring Janis had lost was found !!! We returned to retrieve it, Thank you !!!!

The bed mattress has seen or been slept in a few too many days, it has saggy spots where others have been.

We had a king room with separate space for sofa & pantry. It’s very clean and spacious. The bathroom very modern & comfortable. The pool is also clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

It’s not convenient for pool because there’s no change room and no bath robe, and they ask you not to bring pool towel to your room. But what do you do when you’re all wet? The hot tub is nice but why is it foaming? We hesitated to go to the hot tub a second time. Buffet breakfast was not good value for the money, the food was cold and the coffee was bad. Overall it’s quite expensive for the basic amenities.

The staff were professional and very helpful making our anniversary night special :) The bed was arranged with pedals that said I love you, and they accepted a delivery on my behalf (edible arrangement) and delivered it to the room while we were out for a dinner so to surprise my wife upon our return. So helpful and so kind! Great location on the south end of Calgary with only a quick 15 minute drive to the downtown core, where we dined at the Calgary Tower, Sky 360 😀

Bathroom garbage can was not emptied from prior guest. Insufficient places to hang towls for reuse. We ordered room service from picnini. The staff did not want to deliver to our room and insisted I come down to pay and pick up. After a lengthy discussion the staff agreed to deliver. The food delivered was cold, and incomplete without syrup, salt and pepper, or the toast. Upon checking out, the front desk attendant did ask about our stay and with hearing our concerns regarding the meal, the restaurant manager also came out to hear our feedback. He was very apologetic and offered to remove the charge for the meal, even though that was not what we were looking for. We just felt that if nothing is said, then there is no opportunity for business to better there services.

There were 2 TVs in the room but only 1 worked There was a bug found near the AC, maybe it was from the sofa bed? Breakfast was not included for the price I paid which was almost $350/night GPS indicated it was on the right side when it eas on the left so chance of getting confused is high

We are a family of 5 with toddlers, our room was very comfy with a sofa and 2 queen beds. They provided bed sheets and pillows for the sofa. The bathroom is very stylish, I was happy that the shower was easy to manage. Sometimes there's a problem in hotels, the water flows either hot or cold, but this hotel had no problem with it. We were very messy with kids but stuff cleaned everything perfectly. The only thing that disappointed us was the pool. It was cold and it has no shallow area for little children, also there weren't life jackets. Otherwise we were happy with the place, very beautiful view from the window.

Nice new hotel, friendly staff and comfortable room with a shower in the bathroom instead of bathtub. Good restaurant included in the building, that was also very handy. Good matrass to sleep on!

There were few things missing from the room, no bedcover ( maybe due to Covid), no pen or any information about Calgary or Alberta. Also our fridge was not cleaned from the previous guests, but the front desk acted super fast, house keeping did come in to clean it out. We have also received small gift and letter of apology. It was all handled very professional!

Room was excellent & it was able to accommodate all 6 of us. The hotel also offers great amenities the man at the front desk offers excellent service as for the lady at the front desk sorry cant be said the same for her service. There was really no issues besides the pool running out of towels but other than that great hotel definitely stay again & recommend to my friends & family

Very accessible location to the venues I wanted to see. Clean room and very quiet! Parking was not a hassle and was very spacious. The upgraded free breakfast had an unlimited bread bar that you can toast your bread yourself!

I upgraded for a free breakfast and the second day there, the breakfast order took too long. Around 30 mins for the food to arrive.

It was a great room for the price. My kids really enjoyed the pool. The staff were really friendly. Check in and out process was really easy.There was a lot of parking which was nice and the underground parking was great.

Would have liked to have even a simple continental breakfast ( even offering toast and jam and a fruit or yogurt and a beverage would be great). Needs a no slip tub mat for when you are showering or bathing young kids.

The location was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was superb. The hotel room was perfect. The staff was very accommodating. They provided us with an oven toaster to cook our raw meat. We loved the pool and the kids loved the slide. Such a relaxing experience. Thank you for such a friendly and inviting environment. We will definitely love to come back.
