Sandman Signature Calgary Airport Hotel

I had an unexpected layover in Calgary so quickly booked a hotel near the airport that had availability. This hotel was REALLY nice, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I thought the room had a great layout, everything was modern and nice...very comfortable too. I had breakfast at Moxie's (attached to hotel) and it was delicious and totally affordable. I would absolutely book in a Sandman Hotel in the future. Great choice for a hotel and affordable too!

Nothing. I think the Sandman rivals any 4-star hotel for design and comfort.

Beds were comfy, the spacious rooms, the restaurants (moxies and the steak house) attached to the hotel were great. Food and service was absolutely great. I stayed the night for leaving for work the following morning so the location of my departure at the airport was 5mins away. The quietness too helps...pending which floor you're staying on. I've been staying in the tower and wish to continue staying there....tends to be quiet all the time...making my sleep more relaxing. Parking was well lit (some people need lessons how to park though) and hotel has an easy access to the highway.

The parking lol...people learning to park evenly ha! The front desk staff. The damage deposit changing all the time. I was charged $250 for 1 night and I paid through credit card and I had already paid for the room. That was tonight. My previous stay was $50 - $75 damage deposit so what the hell?

Always get lost in Calgary.Food at Moxies was very good,steak and service at adjoining steakhouse excellent.Room was fantastic.Will be staying again.

Only thing could have been better,waiting at front desk could have been shorter but was still efficient.

Everything was just awesome. Easy and fast check in. Staff were awesome, friendly and very polite 💖 Cleaning ladies cleaned to our expectations, as should be and they never once complained 😍💖 Food was great as always and check out was even faster 🤗👌

Nice quiet hotel,priced right for a decent sized room. The added security of having to use your key card for the elevator and stairs is a real nice touch...also convenient location for many activities in the area...eg . Zoo and downtown. Lots of dining options off site.

Not that I didn't like something, just that I didn't have a chance to use the swimming pool,or weight room as I was only there for 1 night and arrive pretty late in the evening.... um moxies and the other restaurant was highly overpriced, but I think they are run independently of the hotel itself ?

put money in vending machine never got my purchase took my money reported to reception kept saying come back in morning to speak to manager should have been sorted by the staff!

The location to the airport was perfect. The beds were comfortable. Kids went for a swim in the indoor pool.

The beds were smaller than we are used to. The room was narrow at the entrance, so unloading and reloading luggage was a hassle.

very nice place and easy to access to everything.

They don’t clean the rooms and change the beddings and stuffs everyday.When you book for cleaning they can clean after 2-3days.We stayed there for almost 2 weeks and they clean our room only twice.

The bed and pillows were comfy. the kitchen was very nicely laid out. modern everything, overall pretty nice room!

my duvet had bloodstains and a yellow spot on it so I did not use. The room service was abit on the pricey side

Very quiet and comfortable, and the price was excellent. The staff went out of their way to assist when we ran into a problem.
