The room was amazing. To find a family suite with three beds and more importantly two bathrooms for a 6 person family was absolute gold. The breakfast was very yummy. Staff were super friendly!

It would be nice to have a microwave or something at the breakfast area. I have a gluten allergy and have to bring a lot of my own food but it's nice to be able to eat all together still. The other issue we had was the a/c unit next to the king size bed was ridiculously loud. We had to make the room cold enough so we could turn it off because it woke us up every time it kicked in.

Loved the room, it was quiet and the heating cooling controls all worked. Nice having a lounge for food and drinks. Also, nice to have some breakfast in the morning.

The shower for some reason is bouncy really had to hold onto the sides to maintain balance at times. The staff in the morning restaurant really need some manners training, I was sitting enjoying my coffee and all of a sudden, a hand and arm comes across my face to grab my plate, wow ! A simple question, " are you done or finished, can I take your plate! The price of the food in the lounge seems a bit pricey.

they told me that I could check in early and that there was a room ready over the phone and then when I went to go check in, they told me that they didn’t tell me that and that it was only the two of them at the desk so I couldn’t have spoken to anyone. when I came back, the man who said that there was a room ready was suddenly the one at the desk. it was great otherwise.

Staff was so friendly, facilities were always clean and I appreciated the room being serviced after 3 days. The room was well stocked, and the fridge & microwave were useful! Hallways/rooms were quiet, I felt safe.

The breakfast buffet was pretty good, but I would have liked oatmeal or to have the options rotated a bit more. After the 3rd morning, I stopped having the breakfast because they were almost the same every morning. Also, I would have liked a sheer curtain underneath the heavy curtain so that I could get sunlight without people being able to look into the room. A sheer curtain would also make the sun less bright.

friendliest and hardest working housekeeping staff, they make it very obvious that they take pride in their work and have exceptional customer service, i’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times because the entire staff in the hotel are so friendly and helpful.

this is the first time i’ve stayed on the first floor of the hotel, and while that makes it easier to get in and out, it’s very loud while the staff are working and guests are coming and going

Great breakfast but it can be very busy and breakfast items can take a while to be topped up. Friendly helpful staff and a very clean place. Although the location was a little remote there was good access to local facilities including mall less than a mile away.

The bed was not at all comfortable and the pillows just too big. Prices were three times normal due to my stay being during Stampede.

We received as warm welcome on our arrival and check-in was quick and efficient. The hotel was very clean and our room and en-suite were spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable. Check-out procedures were also quick and efficient and all staff throughout our stay were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good however some of the hot dishes were not always replenished quickly which meant that they were unavailable at times which cut back on choice.

The suite was good. The bed was comfortable and big. The suite was equipment with a big TV, a small fridge, a coffee machine and microwave oven. The internet speed was good to work all day. We booked a suite with breakfast. Breakfasts were good. We travelled with a small dog. In case you travel with a pet too, it's better to call to hotel directly to warn them. Because the hotel doesn't receive messages from booking.com

Most hotel breakfasts have very limited offerings for vegans, so we were happy to have toast, hash browns, fruit salad, apples, bananas, coffee, juice, etc. to enjoy. We brought our own milk alternative so also had cereal. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The location was good for our needs and we were pleased with the value of the stay overall.

The bed was on the firm side for our liking. Would love to see a milk alternative available at breakfast. The step out from the bath tub was a bit higher than normal, which caused us both to almost trip a couple times. The wifi was very slow and inconsistent during peak hours.

Our first room was not made up when we entered the room and were assigned another. The hotel charged an additional $200 on my credit card as a deposit and now I have to wait 3-5 days to have it credited to my credit card. On the second day, we asked for clean hand towels and never got them. It was very odd that there is no restaurant open for dinner. Being from out of town, I was really difficult to find a good meal on the second day. We did eat in the lounge the first night and enjoyed it but the second day, we wanted to try another restaurant.
