Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Calgary-Airport

Got ready for my wedding there, plenty of room for the girls to come in the morning and help. The rooms my family were staying in were vlose by. The tub was big, the shower was gorgeous. Loved the normal sized bottles for shampoo etc. The staff were friendly, nice and personable.

I asked for housekeeping to come at 230, as we were getting ready for the wedding but i wanted the room cleaned before my new husband and i got back to have our honeymoon night, we were declined a late clean. I had also asked for someone to reach out to me prior to check in to arrange any honeymoon add ons, and no one reached out.

The King Suite was great for traveling with kids. The room was large and well set up with black out blinds. We loved that the king bed was in a separate room which allowed the kids to go to sleep earlier and we had a separate space. Room was bright and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety of options. Loved the yogurt bar. Hotel was cleans and quiet and staff were all excellent.

Only complaint is the bathtub tap in our room didn’t work great. Our room wasn’t far from the elevator which I was worried about, as it may be loud, but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was very quiet.

i messaged them for request of crib no reply from them but when i called for follow up for crib request the one answered my call said they will provide it..when we checked in and asked for the crib request the front desk guy told me they dont have available crib it really upsets me bcoz they promised they will save a crib for our stay and when we are there they said they will try their best to find a crib for my baby..i know that guy just sugar coating he will try to find but never heard anything from him that night about my request

The hotel is modern and clean, the rooms were comfortable and the decor was understated with beautiful white bedding and super soft sheets. The location was 10 minutes from where we were going. I liked that there was a free hot breakfast and free wifi. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was too firm and the pillows too thick/firm for me but I suffer with chronic neck and back pain so I’m an exception. We hated the blue toned light bulbs in the room, and prefer a warm toned LED bulb, the blue is so harsh on the eyes at night. Would like to see hotels offering their breakfasts until noon so people can check out, eat and leave. I always miss the breakfast because it’s done an hour before checkout.

The rooms were very organized, new and clean, specially the bathroom. The bathroom was VERY new and looked very nice, with Neutrogena products and cleaned by Lysol products. Air conditioning was working great. The price was very good compared to other options. It's by Hilton, so the hotel quality is expected to be good. The breakfast meals were very tasty.

Wi-fi signal was great, but I needed to pay an extra fee to get higher speeds, this is one thing that should be changed, a free wi-fi. The breakfast buffet was not available but it is reasonable due to COVID-19.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent shuttle service.

Far from everything (downtown and airport). Expensive Uber to see things in the city. Hot tub was very loud /highly over-active and throwing water onto the floor. *It was humourous, but we couldn't use it - when it was the reason I upgraded to a suite.

It was excellent value for price- it was beautiful and very relaxing. The breakfast options were great and we just loved the lobby.

Nothing! Our jacuzzi tub seemed a little possessed but I think that was because we were so tired from travelling and couldn’t figure out how to make the tub work properly.

I did request a high floor and away from elevator on booking but did get 2 nd floor and close to elevator but didn't have time to change rooms as we arrived late.

Healthy fulfilling breakfast, comfortable king size bed, location.

Parking was full as per the staff so forced to park the pay and park on the other side. Crossing the busy road with little kids was really uncomfortable and dangerous especially when parents hands are full of luggage.

Fair price for room. Clean and quiet even being next to the airport. We stay here often.

Breakfast was terrible. Under cooked/raw frozen hash browns, bland pre-made egg patties and fake bacon that looks, feels and tastes paper.
