Courtyard by Marriott Calgary Airport

My daughter and I stayed at Courtyard Marriott at your location from July 12, 2022, to July 18, 2022. The front desk and other staff that we met were professional, patient, and helpful.  This atmosphere was consistent throughout our visit. The room was clean and well prepared for our stay. Throughout our stay, we saw the cleaning and maintenance staff diligently working.  What impressed me the most was the excellent customer service shown by the restaurant staff.  They are amazing, professional, helpful, friendly, and very patient.  In particular, I want to thank Ronnie for his genuine people skills as he has a friendly, positive, and pleasant personality that calm our anxiety when we first arrived at the hotel.  Ronnie’s personality was very consistent throughout our visit.  I witnessed one incident in which Ronnie dealt with a very angry customer.  He kept his cool, was professional, and patient, and displayed self-control throughout the entire incident. Overall, our stay at your hotel was enjoyable, you made us feel comfortable and safe.  It was a pleasant visit.  I definitely will come back again and will tell others. Thank you Courtyard Marriott staff.

The lobby restaurant, bar and outdoor patio were really great! Cute atmosphere and friendly staff. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner here over the weekend. So even though we were not close to downtown and other amenities, this was really great. As well as the gym, and especially the pool and barrel sauna. We chose to stay here as we had a very early flight but we would definitely stay there again regardless of the flight time!

Our room was newly renovated and very spacious and nice! far exceeded my expectations!!!

I would just be cautious because this is labeled “airport” but it is still a 10-15min drive to the airport from this location. YYC airport has a Marriott in the terminal, which may be a better option if you’re looking for convenience.

The beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff were very friendly. We really liked the food at the restaurant downstairs. The lobby space was good for a large group to meet.

The pool water looked murky so we didn't swim. I think there needs to be a greater emphasis on improving accessibility measures. There are some, but not quite up to currents standards.

helpful and friendly staff. large shower in my room with nice quality toiletries. tv can be used for Netflix, prime video, YouTube, and tv channels. nice view of the golf course from my room.

the pool did stay quite busy during my stay, which of course can’t really be helped, but keep in mind if you’d like the pool more to yourself.

the bed and in particular the pillows were excellent.

shuttle service was very slow - not sure of schedule and why is it not on booking basis? back and forth from airport to hotel

The breakfast wasn’t included but it’s okay because our stay in the hotel was extremely great because the kids enjoyed the swimming pool , cleanliness and most especially health safety of the hotel procedures .The room ambiance is very relaxing and beds are comfy plus the lady in the front desk is very accommodating.If I’m not mistaken her name is Gouri ( sorry if i misspelled it) she was so nice and friendly. Thank you for the wonderful service gouri. We will surely come back this summer 😊

I love the gym here it’s awesome The staff here are absolutely wonderful The room I loved it nice and clean and spacious The lobby area and fireplace are nice The bistro was really good

The bed and sofa were very comfortable. The staff, especially the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Repairs to the in-room toilet were handled very quickly and effectively.

The food from both restaurants upset my stomach

The location is awesome... it is close to everywhere we shop. We enjoyed it very much. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, and every hotel we go to, it’s usually very loud with drunk people, and did not encounter that at this hotel, had a good night sleep, Thank you very much! P.S. I love how the beds face the window♥️

A better menu, not much variety, and nothing I really cared for.
