Eurostars Zarzuela Park Hotel

The hotel is nice, very quiet and calm. With good free parking and comfortable location. The taxi costs from 13-16 euro to the city center, and you have a bus near the hotel too. We really liked the tranquility and privacy of the hotel as well as the silence. The rooms was pretty old, but clean.

Mattresses and pillows are very poor, ok for a couple of nights, but for a longer period I would not be able to sleep on them. In the room and on the territory of the hotel there is very poor Wi-Fi, or rather it is practically non-existent.

The location was great - one minute walk to the bus stop. The pool by the hotel was lovely for the hot weather and is open from 10am to 8pm. Fantastic breakfast with huge choice of everything. Secure on-site car parking. It was also very nice to have a fridge in the room and a surprise to have welcome drinks in it.

The only down-side of the hotel was that the hot food wasn't that hot, for example there was no boiling water which you had to ask to be made. The restaurant staff was rude and not friendly.

It was clean, comfortable and had their own restaurant. It was highly secure as a gated community In warmer weather and with more time we would have really enjoyed being there.

Very difficult to find. Google Maps could not get us there and mislead us to an incorrect address. Called the hotel who was able to get us within a mile and had to ask local police to help us get to the hotel. They had to call into their office for guidance

The bus station is in front of the hotel :) Big windows at the room with a nice view. Lovely reception staff Amenities at the bathroom Everything was great. Thank you!

A kettle in the room would be nice. The air-condition didn't smell well when used in higher speed level. Everything else was really nice

Fabulous almost rural setting, good on site restaurant. Rooms spacious with lovely outlook from opening terrace. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Bus stop outside hotel, takes you right into the city, so location is no problem. Fantastic spacious, secure outside parking area free of charge

Breakfast was nice and good value for money. Swimming pool facilities were also nice and the rooms were cosy. Check in and out was easy and smooth.

When the AC was on their was a strange smell coming through the airvents. It is a bit out of the city centre which is not always as convenient. It is also nowhere near any parks or shops which means there is nothing to do within walking distance.

Location is perfect for our family..Quiet suburbs with quick access to highway. The triple room was a great fit. We love the pool and grassed gardens. Staff is always helpful and courteous. Amazing breakfast.

There's no electric car chargers in the property or nearby. We had to drive to Ciudad de la Imagen to find one.

Location is great, the place is quiet and not crowded. Hotel has a lot of parking places. Breakfasts are very good. Beds are firm enough (although you might like it differently). Our room was spacious and comfortable.

The location out of the heavy traffic in the center and the easy access to the airport even it takes 20 minutes drive to get to terminal 4. The breakfast had enough choice to please everybody. The cleanliness was perfect.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

Location was perfect for what we needed, breakfast is very complete and overlooking the pool and garden. Staff is courteous and polite. Very clean facilities.

The pullout sofa bed, the mattress was awful. Need an EV charger in the parking
