The location was excellent, out of the main city centre but extremely easy to reach by subway. The stop was just across the street. The staff were super friendly, the hotel was really clean and the roof bar was lovely for an evening nightcap.

The swimming pool was a little smaller than expected - more a plunge pool - and it would have been nice to be able to get refreshments there during the day but the bar was closed until evening. Only just to mention (ie not a complaint): The air conditioning in the room was not cool enough for my personal taste - I did ask a staff member to take a look at it and it was as low as it could go but would have been nice if it was changeable. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom (toilet seat and door lock) were loose and would need minor attention.

There are very good and not so priced breakfast, we have taken it in spite of many other options nearby the hotel. There are very nice staff and excellent place - two Metro lines very closed to the hotel. I recommend to visit America museum and large park - both about 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The staff place 3 bottles of water daily.

The hotel is relatively priced and the room is slightly small for three persons. The ventilator in the toilet room was not working automatically and has not turn on button. I think that for this price at the room have to be kettle and/or coffee machine.

The location was excellent. There were plenty of restaurants and cafeterias / bars within the walking distance. Public transportation (two metro lines and several bus lines) was very accessible, stations being at the opposite side of the street. Area was safe and most of all, fun. There was even a large green route and a park. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but basic. It was expected given the price. Breakfast had a nice selection of products. No lines. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a possibility to check out online.

Only two elevators. Sometimes they were crowded and we had to wait for a few minutes. We were on a holiday, so it didn't affect our (non-existant) schedules, but worth noting if you book a room.

property was in a cute area, literally right in front of the metro station, and plenty of bars/ shops around. Bed was very comfortable and all amenities were there, I’d stay again.

area is mostly university students so lots of noise at night, and the room could do with some maintenance- the tv remote was literally held together with tape and other things could be fixed/renewed. the room was very hot at night, and the cleaning wasn’t great- as I was showering I found a bunch of dark shaven hair on top of the shampoo conditioner (an area that had been clearly overlooked during the cleaning).

Spotlessly clean, helpful staff, lovely roof terrace with great sunset views. Rooms were cleaned every day and in the rooms there were toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and other thoughtful bits.

Location isn't ideal if you don't like walking, it's a good 20 minutes to get to the main shopping part of Madrid where all the bars and restaurants are, but the Metro is just outside so it isn't a huge issue. The hotel is next to a student area which can be quite noisy at night.

The staff was helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

One of the elevators was out of service and that made it difficult to move around.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in front of a Metro and surrounded by an area full of restaurants. The staff are all very friendly and professional. The pool and roof garden are amazing with beautiful sunset views. The rooms are well equipped including a fridge which was so handy for keeping water cool in the heat. The beds are comfy and the room is well air-conditioned.

The rooms aren't completely sound-proofed. The floors are laminate so you could hear other guests walking around their rooms.

Perfect location! Super friendly staff. Just across the street, is a metro station, witch is super easy to use. Next to the Hotel, is a convenience store, in where you can get everything very cheap. Surrounded with lots of options to eat all day, literally in 2 to 5 mins you have more than 10 options to eat. Close to everything. You can walk to most of Madrid attractions. Freindly neighborhood. Definitely will consider to stay again if we are again in Madrid. Love it!!! The roof top has a great view to the city!!

Location is ideal, subway/underground just over the road and straight away you can get to the airport. Very good service and cozy rooms. Though, I paid extra for the breakfast, as it was not included in my room peice, I was positively supprised of huge and even enormous variaty of food suggested, if only there could be a wine opportunity it would be idea and like in paradise. Lot's of bakery. And very friendly staff.

Pool on the roof operated from 11-19, what was disappointed as I was not sitting in the room, it would be fabulous to operate from 8-21. Also it was not pleasant that room price did not include breakfast and I had to pay extra 10€ for the breakfast.

The room and bathroom were a good size and it was quiet (good sound proofing) and in a quiet location. It is also near "Bravissimo" which is an excellent restaurant and one I would have been happy to have travelled to so it was lovely to be a short walk away from it.

The bathroom tap was installed a little too far from the sink so you needed to be careful when washing your hands not to splash water everywhere.
