Good breakfast with many options, the bar at the lobby serves all day with also many options to drink and eat, and not overpriced. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good location, right by the metro and walking distance to the city center and Gran Via.

I stayed there in December and the rooms were very cold. The actual blanket (duvee) was very thin and the airconditioner only went up to 25 degrees celcius, which was not enough to heat the room. The coffee at breakfast should be better. The luggage area in the rooms need more light.

The rooms were quiet. The designated area for working was clean and had accessible ports. The gym was 24hours and the swimming pool was available when we asked.

The internet connection was not completely stable. There were several moments where connecting and disconnecting from the wifi became problematic for video call connections, but we managed in the moment.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a very good stay in general. Staff are friendly, breakfast is very good. The location is great, very central. The hotel lobby is very beautiful and inviting.

The windows of the hotel are not amazing, we could hear noise from the outside until a certain hour. The hotel has 3 lifts but many floors so the lifts are many times fool. They dont have “oficial stairs” so twice we had to take the staff stairs, not in very good shape. The indoor pool was a little disappointing because children can only go in the morning and the indoor pool was one of the motives we choose the hotel. Everything else was very good.

The accommodation provided a truly exceptional experience, with both the bathroom and bedroom exceeding expectations. The hotel kindly combined two twin beds into a comfortable large double bed upon my request. Thoughtful touches like slippers and a robe as well as tea and coffee making facilities were provided, enhancing the overall sense of comfort and luxury. Beyond the room itself, there is a well-equipped gym, and swimming pool which helped me relax. The restaurant was also excellent for breakfast and dinner. Overall, I am happy with my stay and the friendly service.

The price for a massage and facial is a bit expensive so I did not book a session even though I wanted to. It's a pity.

The chef from Venezuela was so friendly and kind... The service was incredible. Always use the extra price for the level experience... it was what made it so special. Maria was amazing and helped make the stay fabulous.

My partner did not arrive one night but they made me pay for all 4 nights for him instead of 3 and never got back with me. Communication with the hotel is very difficult and sometimes they didn't respond to messages and emails. That is a disconnect for me. I need good communication before and after the stay.

A modern and clean hotel in a central location. Great facilities although the pool needs to be booked in advance. The room was spacious and comfortable, it had all the little extras you would need like a dressing gown, rituals body care and a well stocked mini bar. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff in the dining room were exceptional, extremely professional and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, they made you feel very looked after.

Nothing to dislike.

The welcome from the staff and how they could not do nough for you attitude was exceptional.

The swimmingpool had an age limit and our two kids could not use it. We were told in an email that children aged 5 and up could use it but when we got there we were told different and that they had to be 12 to use the pool. We had to deal with a very upset child that was super excited to go swimming and now couldn't.

The staff was very professional and friendly, and the place was very clean and quiet. The lounge area was nice, and breakfast was good. The hotel is also well-located, and you can easily walk to the touristy places and explore Madrid. We would come back mid-day to rest and continue our day. One last thing, the staff went above and beyond as we were chatting, and we mentioned that we were here for our anniversary. They even sent cakes and chocolates to our room, which was a very nice gesture. We stayed at The Level. 100% recommend.

The hotel is very clean and hygenic. The staff were very pleasant, polite and helpful. The facilities were very good. The spa facilities were exceptional. The hotel is ideally located near the business district, sightseeing attractions and shopping centres.

Room was slightly smaller than expected. No complimentary water each day (only the first day). Breakfast was not great for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel and location exceeded my expectations. The staff was beyond superb, the room was lovely and quiet. Immaculate housekeeping and I especially loved the "Level Lounge" because of the staff, the food and the drinks. I was so impressed with the service and the Chef because they would made my eggs to order in the AM. This hotel thought of everything and I look forward to my next stay. So far, my favorite MELIA property in Madrid. I never had to ask for anything.

I cannot think of anything that I did not like. Everything was incredible and I look forward to coming back just because of the staff and the "Level" lounge.
