Location is not center but everything is on walking distance like 20-30 min. Apartment is very clean, a lot of room, well equipped with everything you need, specially kitchen. There is even washing machine and cleaning kit so you are all set. Beds are comfortable and there is no traffic noise (we were on 3rd floor) so you can get rest. You should know that you need a bit of tech knowledge - you need to check in by your self. You need to fill forms, passport details, take pictures of your passport, make a selfie and finally install their app in order to get a key. It is worth effort but at the beginning might look frustrating.

Perfect location, outside the center of Madrid but very well connected. The area had its own life as well, with plenty of restaurants and bar open until late. The room was exactly as shown in the photos. The check-in was quite convenient.

It wasn't a big problem, but there was no cleaning service during our stay. There was a cabinet with several towels so we had enough to use fresh ones everyday, but apart from that we had to clean after ourselves.

Very clean, it had everything that we needed, I liked the minimalistic design and color scheme.

Two lights in bedroom ceiling, the green one was quite bright.

Everything is automated to reduce the price to the minimum while being useful and very comfortable.

I could not leave the luggage as they did. It advuce there were limited spaces

Top Lage, easy Check in und Check out, Sauberkeit.

Clean, check in easy, great view from 8th floor.

Terrible smell from bathroom - from plug hole in shower. No staff and couldn't work out online assistance. Apartment was small for 3 adults but adequate. Kitchen had no tea towel or chopping board, but did have a blender🙂

Nice that there is a washing machine and it’s easy to get in and out of the facility.

It wasn’t as clean as expected, sheets had some tiny hairs on them … also there was a coffee machine but no coffee to make it, and there were no water bottles or anything as a little gift

The property itself was great, the apartment had everything for a comfortable stay. Clean, modern and fresh. The online reception is a bit odd at first but always quick to respond. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately there is a nightclub (Zoe)) in the building and for 4 nights of our stay sleeping was impossible due to the very loud music reverberating and pounding until almost 5am. It may be better on higher floors but what would have been a 10 for a review I had to drop to 6 as it is unbearable and guests should be aware of this. Perhaps offer earplugs ?
