Urbihop Hotel

Free parking, fast check in, normal european breakfast, nice location. We comes to stay for one night, the road was really hard. And it was nice to park on good parking, fast check in, and fall down on the soft bed. That was awesome!

Because of jumping connection, can't perform internet calls normally. But possible it's because of room position - we got a 633 that is the last on the floor. But for me - it's not critical. And I didn't found a smoking room. But it's not a problem for me. Nice hotel.

Stayed for a week with family. Wi-Fi with stable reception. Conditioning was working. The hotel is in the building with gym, tennis school and sporting arena. Very famous place, always many people, but at the same time not noisy at all. The hotel is great, booked a triple room 40 sq.m. It is very big, the child has a lot of space to play, jump, running and a separate place to sleep. But be attentive, some walls has just raw concrete, so we permanently looked after the child, so no hurt happened. The room has a little kitchen, that was really helpful. A good closet for storing the belongings was present. Akropolis is 5 mins by car, Lidl 15 mins on foot. Used a car for movements. Parking is huge and always has free spaces. Breakfast is good and various. Used the restaurant for lunch, take away into the room and for dinner. Not so cheap, but everything is good and tasty.

We were traveling with our standard poodle and the staff was very accommodating. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of foods available, I especially enjoyed the little potato nuggets (hashed browns). Also the climate in the room was under our full control so we could be just as comfortable during our stay at Urbihop as we are at home.

During our stay there was some trenching work being done in front of the hotel. Two sheets of 12mm chip board were being used as a bridge to span the 1m gap and it felt a little unsafe stepping on them.

Room was clean and nice. The toilet was clean and everything about room was nice and clean. Good value for money.

Not so many choices in breakfast. We did not like the breakfast, although we stay in Hotel 3 star before. Cooks couldn't refill everything on time and around coffee machine was dirty all the time. You don't want coffee to drink when you see dirty around. Lady on reception, didn't assist at all when we did check in. She supposed to be helpful but not, to explain everything about Hotel. It doesn't matter if it's Hotel 3 star, this is very important.

The breakfast was good and diverse. The bathroom was spacious and clean. We also ordered dinner few times and it was very good. The room is clean and beds are very comfortable.

I had problem with uploading files, related to my job, through Wi-Fi conection. In the morning it was very sunny and hot in room and there is no way to cool it down. Despite venetian blinds some curtains could help. It wood be also good to have a small desk and a chair for longer work hours.

Everything was amazing. We were with a dog and stuff put so much attention to make staying comfortable for each member of our family. The breakfast consisted of many options, and all of the dishes were delicious (pancakes with apples and egg omelette are the best!). The room was clean and air conditioning was a great bonus in hot July weather. The price-quality ratio was very good.

Not a critical thing, but I would wish to have bigger mugs in a room and during the breakfast. There are different people and varied drinking wishes. I made tea 3-4 times in those small mugs to satisfy my needs. It’s not a big deal to put bigger-size cups next to the ordinary ones.

The breakfast was very good and tasty. The room was quite big and comfy. Bed was very nice and comfortable. A big window and nice and clean bathroom. Nice place to stay if you travel for work. Will definitely come back.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. May be some people will be unlucky if they sleep near the guests with dogs. Bigger dogs can be louder. But this usually happens only if there is a dog show somewhere nearby Vilnius or in Vilnius

Rooms are quite nice and location is very awesome, also no need to worry about Parking in this hotel! Staff are very polite and very understanding for the last minutes changes of my trip.

Bathrooms are okay, but bathtub would be nice. Also if you are disturbed about voices, the walls are not perfect for the silence. But for me it didn't disturb, it's not so bad. Also what i missed is little fridge in the room, in my room there wasn't.

Large windows and helpful personnel. The room is quite large. Clean.

Otherwise, ok breakfast is made a nightmare for waiting in endless coffee lines. Dear Urbihop people, this is not the place to have the cost reduction issues solved:) I do realize everything has a price tag and you get what you paid for but these "espresso cup-sized" cups and these people waiting in dreadful monotonous queues, it's too much to bear in the mornings...

I really liked the staff: very friendly, polite, kinda hip. The breakfast was very good as well (except for a weirdly functioning coffee machine that spits out the coffee spilling part of it out). Rooms were big enough and had all you need for a short stay. Very spacious free parking lot.

I could hear my neighbour very easily and very clearly (we were lucky to have quite ones, so it didn’t bother, but it could be a problem). Beds were really hard and the shower had a curtain which (obviously) was always sticking to you :)
