Grand Hotel Kempinski Vilnius

This is overall a very good hotel with an excellent location. The swimming pool area is nice. Staff all speak English and are courteous. There were a few things that they could probably improve on: The beds are too soft, there are no AC controls in the room, we were not told at check-in about breakfast times or wifi codes so we had to ask later in the day. There is no concierge so you have to go to reception every time you have a question, and there's no information in the room about hotel policies/pool or spa opening times etc.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. Excellent quality training really shows. I especially would like to thank the tall handsome young man who helped us with everything great recommendations and always professional friendly courteous and kind. I have travelled the world and the staff here best i have encountered and this is remarkable. I wil be back... All the staff here are a credit to the hotel exemplary in every manner. The food fantastic. The bathroom floors warm and toasty quiet rooms very central hotel. Breakfast excellent...

The hotel is a little dated could do with new carpets. Otherwise excellent

Wow this hotel is amazing. Despite being on the pricey side, for us it was worth every penny. Our suite was immaculate, with a wonderful luxurious bath as well as huge shower. The lounge area was a good size and the bed one of the most comfy I've ever slept in. Location wise is also flawless, being right at the central square. Breakfast was great too with lovely views. I'd also like to personally thank Martynas (sorry for the late review), who organised a tasting menu with wine pairings for us - it was the highlight of our stay in Vilnius and we had the most amazing evening. We were so incredibly well looked after and he and the restaurant team were wonderful. The spa was also great, with the massages being a perfect holiday treat.

For our family breakfast was the best part and the location great.

We expected more fro from Kempinski brand. We liked Kempinski in Riga and we expected that Vilnius will be very similar or even better. However it was not the case. Less complimentary things, older furniture, less attention to details. More expensive parking. In the wellness center the pool was totally cold and jacuzzi was too warm . Also some cleaning issues.

Staff were mostly very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good with a nice view of the main square. I paid 211 euros for an attic type room- half of which it was impossible to stand up straight in and there was only one window. The room is worth just half the price I paid. There are cosier and nicer places to stay in Vilnius at a better price. So next time I would book one of those.

Avoid the attic rooms on the 5th floor. Demand a better sized room if you are paying over 200 euros or just stay elsewhere- Vilnius has lots of options. Afternoon tea would have been nice but there are just three seating areas and if you haven’t reserved there’s no chance of a place. Room service menu didn’t exist or at least I couldn’t find it.

Lovely breakfast buffet and excellent spa

Breakfast organisation was a nightmare. Not enough tables and many were reserved for an hour without anybody using them. The staff took no responsibility for the situation. Not acceptable in a 5-star hotel. Insufficient partition between bathroom and bed so if you stay with someone else you should know each other really well

The hotel is very luxurious and fancy, just in front of the central Cathedral square. The rooms are rather spacious and cozy. The breakfast was really amazing, maybe best in Vilnius.

The hotel should invest more in its staff. They are mostly young, they do their best, but obviously this is not enough for a hotel which claims to be top-tier 5*. The rooms really need renovation - you could see spots on the tables, some wallpapers were peeled off (though bathroom was really amazing).

We were on weekend, Saturday morning breakfast was very nice, cozy, very good food, but on Sunday it was very busy, lots of children screaming, running, long wait for dishes. Meeting on arrival was very nice, guy with glasses, who met us, sorry don't know name, was so nice, attentive, not like woman from reception.

The staff went above and beyond to help my wife ahead of our wedding day, and were all absolutely amazing.

We had issues with knats and flies in the bedroom, however the staff immediately moved us to another room while they sorted it all out.

Perfct location in the heart of Vilnius. Very comfortable room. Perfect with the SPA on a rainy day. Amazing breakfast buffet. Extremely nice and helpful staff.

The parking is a tad pricy. Maby a tad anonymous considering the hotel category. Staff is very friendly but it's not on a personal welcoming level.
