Courtyard by Marriott Vilnius City Center

It’s a newly constructed comfortable hotel for an affordable price. The hotel’s location is excellent, just 5-10 minutes to the Cathedral Square, which is central to all major sights. Rather clean. The hotel provides fast WiFi with good coverage.

I don’t know who thought having the half-transparent toilet/shower room wall would be fantastic. Turn the light off or on; it does not matter, as anyone in the room can see you doing your stuff quite clearly. Moreover, there is a massive gap between the wall and the door (well, also half-transparent), making noise isolation practically absent. Parking provided by the hotel is massively overpriced, especially considering that there are multiple options for just 8-10 euros per day (80-90 euros per month) within 5-minute walking distance. It’s entirely off the market. We’ve had some cases when we left the room slightly after midday, and still, housekeeping was not performed; we were told we were too late to leave. It was resolved when we called reception, though.

Location was good, close to the river for a walk or run. Room size was great, spacious bathroom, iron at room. Lunch at business hours was ok.

Breakfast not worth 18 EUR for sure, terribly overpriced parking for hotel guests. No possibility to warm up your towels at bathroom, although plenty of space for that. Room service doesn’t clean rooms properly, basically changes towels if they lay on the floor and that’s about it. There where terrible stains on white walls. Extremely small gym for few people was fully packed 7 am.

The location of this hotel is great - only a 15-minute walk to the old town and Gediminas castle. The room and hotel were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had an amazing breakfast - a choice of hot and cold food and drinks.

During our stay, one of the elevators stopped working, so we had to queue for 10-15 minutes to get to the reception and our floor (we stayed on the 7th floor). Also, the bathroom door in our room had a gap - another person could see and hear what was happening inside the bathroom.

It was a really good room. I loved the bathroom it was a very nice one. They put some detail into the room like your name on the tv. The food there was amazing and the cocktails were. The reception room was gorgeous and overall was super happy with the hotel experience. A really cool introduction to Lituania was that the room was the new and old Testaments from the bible, was very shocked to see that.

Some picks about it. What I didn't like about it was the temperature in the room was a little off and didn't feel like the ac was doing some work. I would also say something like not being able to call room service to bring up the food is odd, and like you have called them to bring slippers and body lotion up

Super breakfast with many choices, and we ordered drinks and snacks at the bar in the evenings. Staff is very well trained, knowledgeable, and very kind. The breakfast manager in the restaurant was particularly kind and attentive. Location was about three to four blocks from the old town area. Rooms and public areas were spotlessly clean. Very pleasant place. There's also a good Belgian restaurant and bar a couple of doors down on the same side of the street as the hotel.

This isn't their fault, but there's a tall, very dilapidated building directly across the street full of broken windows, debris,, and graffiti that was a real eye sore. Speaking to a local, we learned it was an old Soviet building which contained a torture chamber in in its basement where they used to torture dissidents.

We booked the hotel for a family event (wedding) during our stay and hotel staff helped to organize our breakfasts 2 days in a row so that our large family and friends had a private space for no extra fee (the space is normally not free, but it wasn’t booked on those days, so we could have it) and extended breakfast time because our wedding event interferred with regular breakfast hours. They made large table for our company, served the plates and even some food! We felt special here and had the best service possible! (thank you Nadia and Arturas). The breakfast had plenty options to choose from, all guests enjoyed it. Rooms are clean and soundproof (our windows faced the street which is not very busy during summer weekends). Beds comfortable and linens like new! Restaurant is also well worth a nice dinner! (Much better option that most other places in the Oldtown).

A truly great stay! The hotel is modern and I loved the design of the building area. The room was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was delicious, great variety of fruit, vegetables, cheese etc. The staff was wonderful and kind. Parking is available, (but it's paid). Free parking is available nearby (there's this free public parking spot, 300 m down the street).

Just one thing was a bit weird - the design of the bathroom. It was put behind matt glass walls. The door wasn't supposed to close tightly, there was a small gap (definitely not soundproof). Potentially awkward, I imagine.

The hotel is located in a very quiet and modern part of Vilnius, 5 minutes away from the old town and 7 minutes from the cathedral. The hotel is clean, modern and very nice, pleasant and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, modern with a fridge and big screen tv. There was no noise, we couldn't even hear our neighbours. The chceckin and checkout process was very fast and friendly, the receptionists offered us a map without asking and possibilities to go on trips. Breakfast was very rich and much, much to choose from. We were very satisfied and we can highly recommend it.

Bathroom is all glass, the door and walls as well so you may find it without privacy. But nice and modern.

In general, everything is in the best order when it comes to the conditions of stay and standard. Good location, close to the city center and the old town. A unique plus nice and competent staff - willing to help and also friendly and smiling.

The whole climate and atmosphere is spoiled by such trifles as the lack of water in the room, the TV turning off every now and then, or the parking fees horrendous in relation to the price of the room. Small adjustments and everything will be great :)
