Best Western Vilnius

SPA area was small, but clean and causy. View from room at the top floor was amazing, directly to Gediminas castle. Easy walking distance to Opera house. Helpfull staff.

Could be bathrobes at the room and some extra toiletries. Breakfast was plenty, however, menu could be updated and modernized a bit according to newest trends.

The location is good. The room was specious, quite clean , and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - hot,cold, fruits,vegetables, and very delicious. Great start of the day !

Parking!!! Something that is not clearly organized. Everywhere said that they are not taking reservations for parking. We arrived and the parking was full. Next morning we parked the car in hotel parking,paid 10€ for 24h. But if I leave the parking place there might be a chance that later it isn't available anymore. And of course, you are not getting money back. I think if someone paid for service, 4* hotel must provide it. Not charge money from all guests who find the spot.

The room was spacious enough, with a good bathroom and comfy beds. My room was equipped with a kettle and some tea, which was a nice touch. Breakfast had a range of options (warm rolls and coffee in the morning were a wonderful start to the day). Daily cleaning. The hotel is in a beautiful neighbourhood not far from the city. The reception was accommodating - I had a few issues during my stay and they helped me immensely with checking in, printing all the things I needed to have and more. Wifi was working well, with good speed. The hotel is a bit off the beaten tourist track, but you can easily get to most of the touristy spots by two bus stops within walking distance (or, if you choose to walk - no more than 20 minutes to the Cathedral or Gedimino prospektas), so it was not a big issue. All in all, I definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Vilnius.

During the working days, the breakfast was only till 10 - it is a bit too early, please consider changing it to 11 (as it is during the weekends). Also, maybe consider adding a Polish TV channel if possible.

When chose this hotel I had better expectation as I have stayed with Best Western in Europe on previous occasions. Although this one in realitu was just around average. The location is ok and after the construction works are completed around I believe this will be even better location. 20 min walk to the old town. Promenade is very close too. Breakfast was sufficient but nothing to impress. Would be great to add another fish choise and fresh vegetables. Thr area around reception could be more tidy. The biggest upset was about swimming pool and sauna. We were informed on arrival thet if we decide to use sauna then we need to inform 1 hour before in order to switch ii on. Fair enough st times.when electricity is expensive. We did so on the.way to breakfast room.in the.morning. But when we went there 1 hour after the sauna was completely cold. Informed that guy at the recpetion about the problem but he quite indifferently said that he already switched it on so where is the problem. Thr swimming pool is cold too and probably is only good enough after sauna session. We decided.that there is no point in waiting for sauna to get hot and just left. Nobody came.to check wherher it is working anyway. Not a big deal but I would expect better customer care from Best Western. Room was ok and beds were comfortable

Customer service needs to be improved

Staff at the hotel is very friendly and super supportive- I have had a couple of requests before the arrival and during entire stay, all expectations were met. For breakfast I could find everything I normally need, and in general there is a good choice for all needs. Special thanks to the staff in the restaurant! Location was perfect for us - shopping malls with restaurants around the corner, good infrastructure and transportation. Around 10-15 walking to the Old Town.

I expected to find rooms more modern, but in the end felt very comfortable, our stay for 3 booked rooms was perfect.

The breakfast was excellent every morning - much variety/choices for guests to indulge in. The rooms are a little dated but very quiet. Our room had a massive bathroom which was a bonus for us. The reception staff, in particular Austeja who exceeded our expectations with her assistance when it came to solving any issues we encountered.

Car parking is at a premium at this time of the year so do not hold an expectation of a space outside the hotel during peak season.

Great view, good location, nice staff.

Swimming pool is cold, and, despite SPA facilities being open from 7 AM, at 9 AM saunas were still turned off. Parking space is very limited, and breakfast is rather poor.

The breakfast was really good; The hotel itself is small and quite, there's water and cookies in a hall :) The staff is really friendly.

The water in a pool was freezingly cold - maybe that was the plan but you can't swim in there even after sauna) The restaurant is pretty small for all wanting to have breakfast in the morning so it make take some time to find a table The hotel is not new, but it's okay for a couple of days.

everything was very good, I stayed on the 7th floor, I had a very nice room and there was also a large bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower cabin

Everything is fine, except for the women who work in the breakfast area, there are two young girls and two older ones working there, the young ones serve with a smile and so on, but the two older ones walk around frowning all the time, they are not satisfied with something, to tell the truth, I think they spoil the breakfast for all the customers.

The room and the bathroom have been rather spacy. They could be darkened quite well and for Eastern European standards were quite okay regarding noisiness. Breakfast was a good of continental and english. Parking was easy, even though since a reservation has not been possible it might get crowded in times with more guests. A big supermarket was just around the corner and about 10-15 minutes bring you to the old city.

For some strange reason Wifi could only be used on only one device and while slower at times it was sufficient for video calls.
