Vilnius City Hotel

•The hotel reacts very well through booking.com chat. •Our room was nice and clean. Enough clean towels. Soap and shampoo are included in the price. •In the hotel, there are photos of Vilnius sightseeing places; it is a great inspiration for where to go :) •The room seemed quite quiet :) But when the air conditioning on the opposite building is running, I can imagine it could be annoying.

•Small parking place, you need luck to find a place there :)) •Breakfast seems below average compared to other hotels with similar prices. It would be better to increase the price to be able to offer a better quality of breakfast. It is „not great, not completely terrible“ now (the pasta salad and scrambled eggs were quite good). •Annoying TV program during breakfast. Maybe it is a way to distract from the food :D If it's not, I would recommend you turn it off. The days when hotels had to show off their TVs are, I hope, long gone. Let people eat in peace, please :)) •A little more remote from the center, but nice location.

Breakfast was very good. I had a discount room and so it is fine that it was a little small but comfortable. I still had my own bathroom which is very good. The wifi as fine.

The only thing that was lacking was a table to do my work at on the computer. I don't if this can be fixed as the room is small but sitting on the little stole was not comfortable for me. One was around this is to provide a business centre. I don't think that would work for you as this is more a tourist hotel then business. I don't have a good solution for this issue. I did fine a very nice cafe one block away where there was wifi and did my work from there with a sweet and coffee. So I was happy.

Friendly, helpful staff at reception, Good location 15 min walk to Old Town. Good value for money. Good breakfast.

No kettles in room to make tea or coffee.

Though there were few tourists in the hotel together with us, a breakfast was quite diverse. Our room and bathroom were big enough. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I had a set of meetings with colleagues from other countries and staff allowed us to use at day time a big breakfast room. It was very useful.

Ventilation in rooms is apparantly a problem. Rooms have not conditioning. Cold weather outside does not allow to open window but to open it just to ventilate without loosing heat is difficult. Though our room had high ceiling it needed a fresh air from time to time. They have to find solution.

Friendly staff that can help with your problem if it is appeared, really good breakfast diverse each day, elevator, small kitchen with kettle and microwave, few irons with iron desk, carpets everywhere, free parking, some rooms has fridge, all bathroom has hair dryer, good sound insulation. Close to the old City (15-20 min on foot).

not a big problem but as information: at my room window is placed too high from the floor (aprox 1.6m) also the back side of the building is a bit noisy (dozen of fancoils at opposite side of the street and hotel kitchen right below window).

Beds were comfortable, the staff was very nice. The location is good, just 10 minutes walking from the city centre/old town. If you are by car, this is a perfect location for you. I also seen bus going to the airport, but I really can't say anything about the public transport. The rooms were big enough. Wifi was good; good signal, no problem with quality. Breakfast was good; there was cheese, scrambled eggs with warm sausages, fruits, and some other kind of warm meal (always different).

The hotel is a bit noisy. On one side there is a busy road, that was my children's room and they complained to us, and on the other side there are the external units of air condition of a big factory that make a monotone noise. It did not disturb me as the noise was always on the same level, strength, but other people might be different. Rooms were a bit warm (25-27 Celsius outside). The dining room has not enough space, maybe with reshaping the formation of the tables would help.

Receptionist Aurelia was friendly and helpful. The room was good. Over all, a good stay

Breakfast: quite poor selection and leftovers, boiled eggs were cold and we realized ( and confirmed later) that they are boiled the day before. No fresh fruit which we missed since it's summer.

Very clean, located not far from railway station and old city. Friendly stuff. Stay very shot time so cannot add someting more

Breakfast is starting late, I think. 8.00.. I leave the hotel early morning and skipped it. If it will be started on 7.00 there was much better. Maybe because that it was Sunday, and on working days it's opening earlier, I not asked.

Very good value for money!!! Great staff, super friendly, kind and helpful. Reception open 24/7 and hotel is in a super convenient location coming from train or bus stations.

Breakfast could be open from 7am during the weekdays. If you have a meeting somewhere at 8am, it would be great to have that extra half an hour. Otherwise I have no other suggestions.

- Friendly and helpful staff - Big clean room - Quiet even if windows were facing the street - no still water for purchase at the time, but hotel was just 6min walking distance from supermarket. - free limited space parking (if no space near premisses - you could find free parking in nearby streets)

- Breakfast meals were missing descriptions or list of allergens. E.g. they offered pancakes - but it had no description if it is sweet? does it have melted cheese inside? cottage cheese? meat? Anyway, found some dishes for vegetarians/vegans. - if you come 30min before breakfast ends - you might not find wide choice as food/drinks are not refilled.
