Grata by Centrum Hotels

The buffet breakfast was really good, well above my expectations. Different fruits, yoghurt and cereal, juice, self service coffee machine, pastries, very nice bread - different types - cold coats and cheese, sausages, eggs, bacin, potatoes... all good quality and tasty. The rooms are spacious, with desk and wardrobe. Water pressure and temperature were nice. Beds were comfortable.

The location is not great, ~ 20 mins walk to old town and most tourist attractions (not a problem for me as I went for a congress). Bolt taxis are very cheap though. The bathroom and shower needs renovation, worn out tiles, etc. There room could have been cleaner (some breadcrumbs on the carpet, and a couple of dead mosquitos on the walls!).

The hotel is nice, modern, with artworks exposed and common spaces , and a pool table available. So, it's welcoming. The staff is really friendly and smiley. And, so, one is really welcome arriving there. The place is not so close to the Center of Vilnius, which is about 2,2 / 2,5 km. But it's just a walk in a quiet and safe City, and an occasion to get in touch with it. The breakfast buffet is large and supplied with really everything. I recommend this structure.

The hotel location is good. 20 min by walking distance to the city center. The breakfast was great 👍 delicious and more choices 😋 The room was too big, consisting of 2 rooms. The cleaning is good. The bed was comfortable 😌 .

There is no air-conditioning in the room. It was too much hot and could not breathe. We were. When we asked to the reception they told us we didn't have a free. Maybe someone will leave we then we will give it to you. After 2 days (we stayed 2 nights), they brought us a mini ventilator. Which is not needed else. Also, i had an essential meeting and needed iron. The reception just told us we will bring fter asking 2 times same words.. and they do not provide it... The second thing is that there is no toilet aspirator as well. The room furniture was old style, and it looks so dirty 😳 maybe not, but the sofa, armchairs color seems that you can not sit 😀 😉

Location, reception staff, good breakfast

Restaurant staff. You can have business lunch there from 12 to 2 pm. I came at 13.55 and asked if I could still have lunch. A woman said „yes“ but then the other woman said „no“. And they were discussing if they should serve lunch for me or not 😳. Well usually if you order your meal before closing time you can have it. It seems like in this hotel you should order and eat your meal within those 2 hours. I have stayed here so many times but will think again when i‘m booking my next trip. Such things spoil the image of the property so much.

The hotel was very clean! It was a lot of space and placed in a place were you can reach city center in 10-15 min and where you can enjoy the calmness of the city. So it has both! The breakfast was really good! Staff was nice and kind!

I think beds were below average. They were clean, but without any comfort. You can actually feel the bed springs when you sleep in it. I think if hotel could invest in new beds I would definitely give higher point. I also like think it’s important to let the customer know how much you have to pay if you are coming with animal. We paid 10 euros/night for a dog. I think the information could be written in booking.com page.

It was the second time we stayed here, because we liked it very much since our last visit. We chose to stay here again, because we were impressed by the tasty breakfast, comfy bed and location.

Unfortunatelly, this time we got a bit dissapointed by the breakfast. We went to eat 1,5h before the end of the breakfast time, and already lots of plates were empty: no more mushrooms, beans, fruits, no more meat on platters

- cozy and fully equipped room with large window - you may leave your luggage at the hotel even after check-out - clean and quiet - there is a grocery store not far from the hotel

- i wish there were more breakfast options though the food was fresh and fine - the receptionist didn't speak russian as it says in the hotel's description :) for me particularly it wasn't a problem to chat in English, but I have a bunch of friends who prefer their native language to deal with during their stay. So this point need to be updated

We're very satisfied with our stay in Grata by Centrum hotel. We have bought breakfast option too and we don't regret cause the breakfast was really tasty and there were many different varieties that you can choose, so no one will stay hungry for sure. The staff was very helpful and nice, we arrived at night, after 3am, the reception is already closed at that time, as agreed before our arrival, when we were already in the hotel, I called the number mentioned in the reception and the security employee came within a few seconds and provided us with the document to sign and the key, I was anxious about check in but there was no problem at all. The room was clean and quiet, the location also is good, walking distance from the old city. In total we liked Lithuania very much, this country is worth visiting, the nature and the climate in summer are amazing, people are nice and helpful, especially Vilnius old town is wonderful with so many churches and cathedrals to explore. Thanks !

I can't say anything that I didn't like

This was my third stay in the Grata hotel. I like clean rooms, good breakfast with cooked otmeal and other grains, real eggs and variaty of cheese, etc. The hotel is not far from the public transportation and not far from the shops to get food. I don't like AC so this hotel has perfect temperature for me in the summer and is warm in the winter. I like that you cannot hear a traffic noise when you are inside. A very good choice for me in Vilnius.

the breakfast was amazing, the beds were comfortable, the staff was nice, the location was peaceful.

the location is on top of a hill and also about 20 minutes walking distance from the centre. also found long black hair in the bed (i have blonde and partner has short brown), so that was a bit off putting:/
