Santa Teresa House

It has an internal parking for an extracost of 10 euros per night. The breakfast is really good for this type of facility, which is not like your ordinary hotel, more like a hostel look a like. The rooms were big, with a nice bathroom and limited AC. The people in this facility are very nice.

The furniture is made of this brown PAL that is a bit outdated in regards to what other facilitys are offering. The bed mattreses were a bit hard, with memory foam pillows. You can hear what other peoples are talking in the room next to you. A little bit expensive for what it is offering

Excellent staff. All were very friendly and very helpful. We arrived early, so they did their best to get our room ready and allowed us in by midday. We stayed in a quadruple room which was comfortable, spacious and very clean. Lovely continental breakfast. The hotel is just a 10 minute bus ride from the city centre and the bus stop is just opposite the hotel. Good information given regarding the buses from the lovely lady on reception who spoke very good English. One night stay to explore Verona before heading to lake garda. Great value for money, would highly recommend it.

Big room, good air con, very clean, good breakfast

It was a little far from the centre of town, a 40 minute walk and not through streets easy to navigate or that you would feel safe walking at night. There was a reasonably good bus service though and tickets available onboard or in Tobacco shops

It was a really good location, close to the centrum, but outside ZTL. The staff was really kind especially Sara, who answered to all our questions quickly and helped us with everything. I accidently left my ipad charger in the room after checking out without even noticing and she even sent us a message so we could pick it up. Parking was free on the street. We had a really good sleep and wonderful stay. Thank you!

Appreciated the simplicity of this location next to a primary school in a quiet area of Verona. It gives the impression of having been a house for a religious community, now converted into a hostel comprising numerous rooms over two floors. Simply equipped, with beds (single or double) and shower. Quiet and spotlessly clean. Agreeable personnel. Possibility to park car (6 spaces - to reserve in advance). Very nice breakfast available. (Scored as '10' on the understanding that it adequately provides the essential).

That was a big room, buy I booked just standard room :) No smells, clean, many towels and standard soap staff. A separate huge plus - self check-in even you haven’t paid for the hotel. My train was delayed and I was come at night. No problems if I have unpaid booking. Off course the booking was paid on the next day)

A soft mattress( My back was hurt next morning. Good point to add an option to choose a mattress before check-in.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they spoke English very well, so no worries for travelers who don’t speak Italian. The room was gigantic, i had much space to pack my stuff. The room and the bathroom was very clean. The vibe of the house is comforting, they do make you feel like you’re at home. The location is also good, i walked 20 minutes from the train station, but with bus it’s even less. The city center was a good 20 minutes too by bus.

Comfortable stay. Amazing team of the people working. Overall perfect place to stay in Verona.

A bit complicated to reach the city centre. But if you have time and want to enjoy The city it’s very centrally located and close to ‘Eataly’ so do t really miss much.

Very good location, calm place. The room is well equipped, everything clean and quite new, comfortable bed, air-conditioning. The room in not so large, but just for night it is absolutely ok. Breakfast was delicious, various types of sweet pastry, toasts, ham, cheese, yogurts as well.

I had an excellent experience with Santa Teresa House. The room was amazing, and cold when I arrived which was perfect after a very warm day. It was very welcoming, I arrived after the check-in hour and the staff text me to make arrangements and make sure I would find the accommodation and my room. Also, the breakfast was delicious.
