Location was just outside the old city wall, so it was an easy walk to most everything of interest to tourists, eg the historical centre. Breakfast was very good. As is often the case with B&Bs, the breakfast makings were set out beforehand in the breakfast room, and we just made what we wanted. It worked very well. Of course, that means there is no cooked breakfast items, but that is rather standard in Italy anyway. There were hard boiled eggs, and a toaster, and a good coffee machine. We paid extra for a slightly larger room, with an extra large bed. And there was a pleasant balcony, small but large enough to sit on.

The location is perfect. It is in the city center of Verona but calm. Because its like one street away or 3 minutes away from Arena di Verona. The building has elevator, its behind the elevator for wheelchair. The apartment facilities also good. Every room has its own window, very good for fresh air circulation. Our room has window facing to the kitchen. During the breakfast time there are people sitting outside our window but the rest of the time no one sit there because breakfast time only until 10AM. The bathroom is ok. The staff is also nice. 👍🏼

The location was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was continental and there was plenty of choice. The room was comfortable and very clean.

The host was late to let us into the property. The pillows weren't very comfortable and the shower went warm and then cold and back to warm again every time we used it but these are minor items and didn't detract at all from our stay.

The location of the property was fabulous. A stone throw from Piazza Bra and opposite a fully stocked supermarket. Room was cosy and clean. Loved the mini in room fridge and balcony. Comfy bed, spacious private bathroom and nice host.

Breakfast was at a limited time 8.30-10.30. Hard to grab something when you want to do an early day trip. Would be handy to have a water dispenser in the hall way, as kitchen is closed and sometimes you just want to grab a quick glass of water.

The appartment was great!!! The breakfast was very delicious and we loved it!!! Everything was perfect!!! Location is the best!!! In the center of Verona)) The market was against the hotel. It was very comfortable)

everything was great, I am more than satisfied. Good contact with the hosts, the breakfast is satisfactory, the rooms are clean. I am very satisfied and everything is close, you are in the very center. I highly recommend this apartment and if I come again I will come to this same apartment.

close to central Verona and the arena. Buses stopped close by. Staff were great. Owner met us and let us check in early. Windows that open .

shared air con throughout. someone turned it off one nite so had a warm ish evening. staff sorted it the next day so all good there after.,

We were in Verona with friends to see the opera at the Arena. The Accademia was conveniently located for the arena and historical centre of Verona . The room was clean and comfortable with centralized air conditioning so a comfortable temperature day and night . The breakfast was fantastic with a wide choice to suit everyone. The staff were friendly and helpful . We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Verona .

The room was really big and very comfortable. The breakfast provided is simple but substantial. The location is also fantastic, right near the Arena.

The bathroom smelt like vinegar for some reason and it didn’t go away the whole stay.

Breakfast was simple but good, room was clean and comfortable. Bed was quite hard, but this is individual 🙂. Most important is the superb location, right next to the center 👌.
