The location was perfect right by the river with beautiful view . Check in was swift and you were brought to your apartment in a vehicle likewise for checkout and you have the option to store your luggage at the hotel if you need to .The apartment was spacious and cleaned everyday,fresh towels etc . There was a small yard with table and chairs which the apartment next door could also access.

The apartment living area was quite dark despite side light( for checking maps etc )There are very few items if you intend to cook,no kettle ( we used a saucepan to boil water for tea/coffee)no small flat pan,no corkscrew bottle opener etc .2 ring hob .

The location was absolutely perfect, which I was presently surprised about considering the price was so affordable! You’re only a 2 minute walk from the old town, bus stop, loads of restaurants and shops, and a supermarket. Staff were extremely helpful and very responsive, organising staff to take us to and from the property by car when checking in/checking out. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for 2 people.

Great location, quiet but convenient for all the major sights. Check in and out at the hotel reception near the main square, excellent shuttle service to and from the apartment. Good air-conditioning, excellent shower and nice bed.

Awkward steps inside entrance door. Kitchen set up in need of update and re-equip of utensils. No view from windows. Kitchen diner was dark but not gloomy. Did not look anything like the pictures.....

Location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the main centre and also a few minutes from the less touristy area over the river. As we were slightly off the main drags, it was nice and quiet.The shower is so powerful it can strip paint! Loved it.

Cooking at home was not so easy. We were missing the fold down table in our kitchen so space was limited for preparation. Minimal utensils and pans too.

Actually we came to Verona because of opera Carmen in Arena di Verona and wanted to book something, which is very close to Arena. And this apartment managed the job well: it's in 5 minutes walk from Arena, clean and nice. It's also located on the river, so you have a second attraction too. By the way, opposite is a Michelin restaurant! Very tasty! So, you can have a glass of Prosecco here before opera... A perfetto mixture!

great location close to everything

A little to cold with no option to turn up the heat. Would have liked at least an option of another blanket. Would have preferred one double / kingsize mattress instead of two singles. And I think a shower curtain is a bad option (instead of a glass Wall or door) when the shower is so small.

Location . Near all attractions and plenty of food and drink options. Cleaner was very friendly.

Not much natural light. Expected a balcony and river view. Poorly resourced kitchen area. Had to take care in shower as a very long shower curtain could cover the outlet and cause flood ! Also dropped off at apartment by car with no indication of where we were in relation to the hotel and no map provided.

Location was great and the air con was very good. I also really appreciated that we were picked up from the hotel check in to the accomodation, very good customer service

The kitchen was old and a bit awkward to use but it was okay

Great location, very clean and cozy apartment. Please note that there are several apartments in one building, you don't know in advance which one will be yours.

Rather small, but for 1 or 2 people it is enough.

The apartment and its facilities were very well kept and an excellent location to access the centre of Verona. The staff were helpful and provided courier service between our apartment and the main hotel.
