Hotel Fiera

Property was spotlessly clean, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the air conditioning fierce in the face of a summer heat wave. I loved the big free car park, and whilst it was a long way walk to, and from the opera was just about doable. Breakfast was really good quality, I enjoyed both days, really lovely Staff and a nice relaxed atmosphere

Possibly not located in the best area, whilst I didn’t have any trouble, both nights I walked back, things were ‘going on’ close, and  I meant I kept up a very brisk pace! There is a Lidl supermarket a few doors down, again, some well dodgy people in the car park! Very disappointed in the gym, hardly any equipment and no free weights. Even a little bit of investment would make it a worthwhile place, it’s practically unusable as it is and was a very unloved space. 

A simple and comfortable hotel to stay at in Verona. It has everything you need for a short stay and a convenient location, located just behind the train station and a short bus ride from the city centre which the staff are happy to explain to you and sell you bus tickets. The highlight of this hotel is the friendly staff, one of the women (I believe her name was Laura but I could be wrong) went above and beyond to help us find takeaway pizza, we came to the hotel exhausted after a long day and just wanted to go get a simple meal to takeaway but could not find a place close by open so we asked for a recommendation. She told us it was no problem and rang a place to help us order pizza, after discovering they were closed she told us she was determined to help us and rang multiple places to get us dinner delivered. The pizza we got surprisingly ended up being one of the most delicious meals we had in Italy! A big thank you to her and all of the friendly team members here!

This hotel has a great staff, they are very friendly and helpful. I want to give a special thanks to Sofia for being so nice and trying so hard to help me with my passport issue. The place is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is great, it’s buffet style with a variety of pastries, deli, cheese, fruits, eggs and bacon. The hotel it’s located not too far from the center, the bus stop is right across the street.

It would be nice to be able to regulate the temperature in the room. The air conditioner seems to turn off sometimes a night.

Everything was great, we were happy with our stay, nice breakfast! It was convenient that there's Liddle supermarket very close to the hotel so we could buy there anything we need. It is possible to walk to Central station, it's a bit far walk but we did it because buses were not working and Uber is not availaible in Verona.

The only incovenience is that the hotel is located a bit far from the city center, we always had to take buses and not in every bus is possible to buy ticket at the driver. As I already mentioned Uber doesn't work in Verona.

Nice, elegant hotel, probably best for business. Good restaurant, if expensive, Quite a difference between the two rooms we had, especially because one had a nice balcony and the other nothing.

You can only pay for your stay between 7 and 22:30, which is a bit weird for a business oriented hotel. Also, the location is good for the fiera but very inconvenient for everything else. Seems close to the railway station but cannot easily be reached on foot.

Nice hotel about 7 min away by bus from Verona city center, which makes it perfect to rest because you escape the crowds and the center confusion. The bed was king size and comfortable, with thin pillows (which I personally prefer and are almost never available in hotels!). Small bathroom but with everything you need, including blow dryer and shower gel. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, always ready to give informations if you need some, though some elements could not speak English. When we got to the bedroom, the bathroom light was not working and the staff came 5 minutes later to solve the problem. Regarding the breakfast, it was pretty complete with several types of fruit, juice, cakes (not sure if homemade) and milk (some vegan types like soy and almond), also with eggs and bacon available; overall, maybe not 4 star hotel quality, though. The hotel has a bus station right in the front street, which allowed us to easily get in the city center within minutes. Also, the train station is 5 min away by bus which is a plus if you're looking to visit some other cities near by! Overall, it was a nice stay and I would comeback!

Bedroom curtains didn't totally isolate the light. Some elements of the reception could not speak English at all, which made it hard to communicate sometimes. The breakfast could have some more types of fresh bread other than just cakes. Some days fresh fruit pots were not available. I'd suggest adding pancakes and fresh cheese.

The hotel is situated near the Central Station, can reach the center by car in 4 minutes. There is a Lidl right beside and a big private parking in front of tge hotel. The staff is nice, a great bar in the lobby. The hotel is very clean, confortable. The rooms are big, well fitted with a confy bed. Wifi is good. The breakfast suffers from the total absence of vegetables, otherway is accetable, not amazing. The total experience is positive. 9.

The location was good, easy to get to the centre on the bus. Clean restaurant and facilities. The rooms are a good size. Local shops and restaurants. Staff were great and added a firm mattress topper for us.

The A/C in the room was a bit funky. It got very hot in the morning, every morning. Fridge wasn't very cold. Water in the sink and shower took a while to drain away. The bed was too soft.

The room was really clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but can’t complain about the facilities because everything worked ok.

The breakfast was not great since it just had a few things to eat. Also in one of the mornings we arrived at about 10 (the breakfast was until 10:30) and it really wasn’t much left and refills were not really done. The door in our room had a hard time closing, we had to smash it to really close if fully because if we just used the handle it didn’t close ok. This was kind of annoying

The location might seem far away, but it was perfect really. There is a bus stop literally right accross from the hotel and it was easy to navigate with google maps. The room was big and comfortable and the bathroom even stocked a Remington straightner. Ample closet space and a big desk. There is a grocery store (Lidl) next to it which was perfect. we arrived slightly early and they were able to help us quickly and we checked in a bit early.
