Corte Ongaro Hotel

The staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean. The reception staff was very supportive and they are always asking about our needs. The hotel is near to a garden which has different games that children’s can enjoy the rest of the day. In addition, the hotel near to the one of the famous shopping mall.

The location is little bit away from the center and main train station (required TAXI).

The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and extensive. The rooms are very modern decorated. The roof terrace is very enjoyable, and a nice addition to the stay.

The location is a bit far from the city, but that we knew. The road to the hotel is next to a busy industrial way, so we advise to take the bus (which the staff is very helpful with!)

The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. Unfortunately the hotel's free parking spaces were all taken (there is the option for underground parking for a fee), however there was always street parking available in front of the hotel. The location is good, it's around 5 minutes to reach the city center by car and around 10 min by bus (bus stop is close).

The bed was comfortable and the location was quiet. Best sleep I've had in ages. The shower was big and the water was hot. I slept right through breakfast but they still had coffee and brioche saved for me. The night clerk was exceptionally helpful and the day clerk was beyond nice. Her name was Shady and I truly enjoyed our discussion about Valpolicella. The bottle of Classico I bought was €20 and worth every penny. I will definitely stay here again.

I couldn't find a cup to rinse my mouth with water after brushing my teeth.

Breakfast and night time at the rooftop garden. The Breakfast was tasty and had good variety. The Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. There was free parking. The facilities were clean.

Location. The location in itself is a good, quiet neighborhood beside a park. The proximity to the train station Corso Porta Nuova was a little less than 3 kms. approximately less than a 40 mins walk for me. To the Arena was about 50 mins, less than 4 kms in distance. So it’s not a far walk, but it’s not a lovely, quiet, scenic walk. I just didn’t like a segment of the walk through shabby sidewalks stinky under the bridge walkway and along a busy noisy trafficway.

Very nice hotel with the staff I never met before! This is unusual friendly and nice staff! I travel a lot but I did not met such nice people! Strongly recommend to stay in this hotel! Very high quality of the rooms, very clean and close to the city center.

Everything was perfect.

My friends and I had a mini trip to Verona this summer. We didn't really know what to expect but were super thrilled for what we got. First, the staff was super friendly and informative. Second, the room was perfect and the beds were comfy. We also had breakfast included which was a super plus. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The only con I can say is that the hotel is sort of far from the center but we didn't mind walking.

This hotel really exceeded our expectations. We stayed for two nights in Verona, and we just chose this hotel without even knowing it. But it was excellent in all facets, room was large, beds ok, modern look inside, breakfast rich and a lot of choice. Staff was very kind and polite.

Nothing to be honest.

The room was very nice and clean, the staff was friendly and the included breakfast was nice! It's easy to reach the city center by bus within 5 minutes. There's a huge supermarket in walking distance.

The WiFi was a bit unstable.

Breakfast was great, would recommend. Staff very helpful with local information. Great parking.

No Wi-Fi in building we stayed in for the duration of our stay. we stayed in building adjacent to reception. Receptionist offered me a place access Wi-Fi and to do work in the building with wi-fi.
