Sunrise Remal Resort

We booked through booking, and it was great as u can take advantage of enjoying two hotels at the same time, remal resort and remal Beach.. The restaurant in remal beach is just amazing ..food variety is very good ..food quality is amazing .the pool is big and very clean ..our room needed a little bit renovation but its okay . We had an amazing vacation Big thanks to ahmed karam Abdelrahman ..ramy in beach restaurant and saaed in resort restaurant ..most of the staff are more than amazing

We have been upgraded to Sunrise Remal Beach Resort (a beachfront hotel) for free. The hotel itself is very clean, staff are very nice and the room was spacious . Food selection was fine and the steakhouse a la carte restaurant was amazing.

The only thing that wasn’t super is the size of the pools was small compared to the pool available in the sunrise remal resort.

All was very good. Sunrise has recently bought this hotel, (ex Tiran hotel) so it is fresh after total renovation. And people all were very kind and doing their best to make our rest joyful. Every day bar was filled with water and soft drinks. And every evening additional water was delivered. I picked this hotel because of famous reef (ex Melton beach). People buy excursions to get here. And we had it at home beach. It is very long, beautiful and rich with different fish species. We’re just married and spent our honeymoon here. The room was decorated and served with fruits and cake. I really appreciate this. Beach is 5 min walking or 1 min on the bus. The bus goes every 5 min all day long. We got to the beach and back for dinner fast and easy. Also you can eat in beach bar. Embankment is fresh, modern and good designed with beautiful lighthouse. Sunrise beach (ex Melton) is very long — enough to have a morning run. Also there is free walking zone with nearby hotels on the beach, so you can walk via embankment till the baron hotel to the left. Design of the Sunrise beach, bars and body&soul zone is impressive. It is pleasure to my eyes. Especially in the evening, full of small fairytale lights. Beach towels were new, very big and soft. Sun loungers are new and comfy. Umbrellas are big and not to high. Beach and bars for you are from 5 star Sunrise Remal Beach. So we had 5stars 1st line experience although living in 4star hotel on 2nd line. Food in main restaurant Sunrise Remal Resort is wonderful. Rich and tasty. Even for vegan there is enough variety of vegetable food. Crabs and calamars appears too. The most tasty cocktails are in lobby bar. Also I studied Latina dance (great teacher) daily and yoga (program need to be improved) on sunsets. There is special yoga wooden platform on the beach. Sometimes we studied here, sometimes on the grass near oasis bar. By the way if you love and can do it by yourself you have the excellent place for it.

Sunrise remal is an amazing resort situated only 2’ (by bus) or 5’ by foot. The rooms are really spacious and deep cleaned every day thanks to Abanoub who did an amazing job cleaning ours. The buffet restaurant was very nice with a lot of healthy options (however if you are looking for fries etc you won’t find much or very often). There was also the option to reserve “a la Carte” restaurants (with the options of Mexican, Indian, Mediterranean and Egyptian) which were all really good. Big thanks to the “a la carte” restaurant manager Mohammed who has always being so kind and professional with us. There are different bars around the resort as well who serve very lovely drinks all day. Lastly we would like to thank Max from the international animation as well as Sara, Lucrezia and Micol from the Italian animation team who have always been so nice to us for the whole of our stay.

Unfortunately, beside Max and the Colombian guy, the rest of the international team did not even speak to us once (although we were international) which we found very rude (as it is their job) and did not do any activity throughout the day (they were just talking to people at the beach and nothing else) so we were wondering what was their job (?)

The hotel is a little far away from the center of Sharm, so if you want to go to the city you have to take a taxi. There are only a couple of shops on hotel's territory, so don't count on shopping. The hotel is located on the second line, but it does not interfere at all-5 minutes walk and you are on the beach, or if you do not want to walk, shuttles are constantly running. If you prefer to relax near by pool, then you will not lose in this case also-the pool is large and quite deep (there is another separate one for small children). The beach is wonderful, sandy with lots of sun beds and umbrellas! The reef is simply magnificent with an abundance of fish and very beautiful corals. You can wander along the shore or immediately plunge into the sea life from the pontoon. There is nothing to say separately about the food - we liked it: it was delicious and varied, and we did not drink alcohol :) In general, a great place if you just want to swim and relax! Russian-speaking tourists will be very comfortable, as the staff speaks excellent Russian!

too loud music at the pool at booking it was said that some commission can apply. my surprise was very big when it turned out the commission was Almost 27% of the price quoted at booking.com at reservation! that is absolutely abnormal! I will never stay in this hotel because it is false information and lack of true information about! very bad business practice!

The staff were very nice and helpful at every moment of our stay. The receptionist Mr. Ahmed upgraded our room as we were honeymooners and cared for all of our needs during the stay. The restaurants were very clean and the food was great and variable and so tasty. The pools were clean and the island bar there is fantastic specially Mr Ahmed. The beach is close and you can get there by the shuttle, the snotkling at the beach is marvellous and there were a lot of exotic fish and coral reefs.

Everything was super amazing , Mr Islam , Selim and Karam at the reception very helpful and friendly making sure everything is more than perfect . Kayati at the pool made the experience so fun and took pictures of us . Ebrahim at the lobby bar made the evening very lovely and he is so friendly . Food was very tasty but not so variant but good .Rooms were very clean and after we did late free checkout te reception gave us a Shower room so we can enjoy the pool and shower later .

Food was good quality and very tasty but not variant. Bed sheets were so clean but not new and soft.
