Charmillion Club Resort

Our stay at Charmillion made us feel like a million bucks. , from the moment we stepped out of our taxi, the staff was amazing and greeted us with the biggest smiles, the staff at reception made us feel so welcomed and did an amazing job with our requests, the wifi was stable and had good reception throughout the resort. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. The meals were prepared with such attention to detail, the variety was excellent and the dessert selection was *chefs kiss, our family felt as if we were in an episode of Masterchef and it was a feast for our eyes. I would 1000 percent recommend this resort . We will definitely be back. We made a wish and Charmillion definitely answered it.

location was great , the sea food was amazing . The sea and the beach was wonderful . The woman in the guest relations was fantastic she gifted us 2 alacartes :)

Every customer was covered with hijab in the pool and other sides of the hotel they were giving judgy looks and also men were disturbingly looking and making comments in arabic . The hotels waiters and other staff was disturbingly throwing pick uplines while you pass by and whisper . One waiter in the alacarte restaurant even came near to my ear and said princess while my dad was next to me , scarry . . apart from all of this we constantly recived calls from the phone in our room when we opened the phone someone was breathing and whispering somebody also knocked on our door. we were 2 woman sharing the same roon which scared us . when we called the reception and complained they said ‘unplug the phone then ‘which was even worse .

This resort is greatly underrated and (at time of writing) offers exceptionally good value for money. The plentiful staff are helpful, friendly and not expecting to be tipped constantly. Security is good. The buildings, fountains, pools and beach are clean and well kept. (There is sealife to be seen diving off the beach,) The resort is a great size with easy access to the sister resorts next door. With facilities to provide everything you need, Bars, a food hall with buffet, four restaurants, gym, excursions office, spa, tattoo parlour, shops for beach gear, souvenirs, pharmacy, ATM. We took two young children (3 and 1 year old) and a teenager and they all had a great time. You could easily spend your entire time in Egypt without setting foot out of the hotel grounds (but where's the fun in that?) Desert safari's, camel rides, scuba diving, snorkelling, boat trips, day trips to Cairo and Luxor can all be arranged from within the hotel. The Gold Stars dive team based on the hotel resort went out of their way to take my wife and I and our teenage daughter safely through our PADI open water course in a time efficient fashion. Would highly recommend them. Ask for Saddy. I will definitely revisit here, feels like we only just scratched the surface.

Internet access is a a common problem in Sharm, so this is not an issue specific to this hotel. However with the millions that must have been invested in building the place they really need to sort out the in room access. You expect high quality internet in this day and age.

Every single thing was nice and will organize We stayed for 17 days and everyone were very friendly and respectful, thanks for me sayed ahmed and Mahmoud and abdo in the reception they helped us a lot, food and room are great also we spent nice time with the lovely animation team specially mr.Esam , hosny, Ella, and hosam and all the others team The beach side is lovely cafeteria staff are so lovely I recommend this hotel to all Security is the best

Everything was perfect

Location, security, nicely maintained big territory with palm trees, proximity to the beach, services, politeness of the staff, swimming pool, spa, room with a sea view, room service (remember to leave a dollar or two on the bed for tips if you need the service), guest entertainment - all of these were top level. Airport is only 10 min away by taxi. You should expect upselling of various extra activities/services (boat/diving tour, trip to Cairo to see the pyramids, night clubs, quad bike safari in the desert, massage and spa services, etc.) but hey - the are charged extra everywhere and you are not obligated to accept any service - a polite “no thank you” won’t cost you anything. Coral reef is fantastic for snorkeling and is accessible from the pier. Shops (including pharmacy) where you can buy pretty much all essentials are on the hotel territory which is very convenient. Children friendly. Food is plentiful albeit not all that tasty but I always found something I liked:) Christmas dinner was nicely organised and a Christmas best wishes card with a bottle of champaign in the room was a pleasant surprise. Many thanks to the Hotel for allowing me to check out a couple of hours later than required and for providing a great vacation experience overall!

The room was spacious and comfy, the sea view from the balcony is breathtaking, the beach of the resort is awesome, the staff at the resort were are friendly and helpful my best regards for the best friends I made at the resort ( Mohammad adel & redaa ) at the lobby bar, those guys were the best at the resort . The dinner at the buffet for me was better than the other restaurants, different and tasty dishes every time and the chefs were always helpful to answer any questions and gave me recommendations ….. too much to say about the resort and we made an unforgettable moments there … definitely will book this place again if I visit sharm again…. Workers are friendly and enthusiastic. The swimming pool is clean, with warm water. Mostly nice food, you can find something good according to your taste. Good drinks (keep in mind that if you look for good alcohol, you have probably chosen the wrong country, but with that in mind even alcohol is fine). A reception worker helped me to solve my issue with the local airport (it required me to make several calls on arabic, which I don't speak) without any hesitation, it was great. They provide you with a lot of bottled water so you should not bother about it (local tap water is not for drinking and even should not be used to clean teeth). Rooms and surroundings are clean and nice

I have found only 2 power outlets far away from beds.

Everything ..huge place and has everything even companies agents if you want to book other activities like diving or Parachute ....everything was easy and handy. Best customer service we ever had ..helpful and chatty all the time. When i had a problem with something , the desk stuff were attandful and helpful so much. The Buffet were huge and amazing food. We enjoyed alot . Love it and Staff made us feel that we have a big family there. Thanks to everyone by name.

Nothing The only thing the kids did not like that we had to leave and go home.

Very much a 5 star hotel. Well maintained. All the greenery is pristine. The pools are cleaned daily. Can see beautiful fish when snorkling at the private beach. There's a pool bar and beach bar with unlimited drinks including coffee, fruit juices and slushy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was big and the bed was comfortable. The laundry service was decently priced for us third world country currency holders. The food was delicious and well prepared, with some live stations for pasta, drop doughnuts and battered fish.

The people at the spa are very pushy for you to book a treatment with them. The staff from the spa and water sports walk around the beach and the pool area and harass you to book something with them when you are trying to relax on your holiday. They should rather have a book in each room with all the activities and services available at the resort, like most hotels.
