Jaz Belvedere Resort

I had the most incredible experience at Jaz Belvedere Hotel, and I can't thank the team enough for making my stay exceptional. A special shoutout to the Duty Manager, Farag, who is undoubtedly an asset to the hotel. He promptly addressed any concerns I had and went above and beyond to ensure everything was rectified. His dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. The animation team deserves applause for organizing fantastic events throughout the day and evening. Their enthusiasm and creativity added a vibrant touch to my stay. What impressed me even more was their thoughtful invitations to explore the city at night, catering to diverse preferences. Special thanks to Future and Alladin. To the entire team at Jaz Belvedere Hotel, thank you for your outstanding service and warm hospitality. I had a fantastic time, and I hope to have the pleasure of returning soon. Keep up the excellent work!

Internet needs to improve and to be available in the rooms.

Jaz Belvedere resort one of the best place you could stay in sharm Al sheikh, As they 5 star hotel things should be up to 5 star standard but I would say they have the best service, what a great staff. believe it or not you could see the genuine smile on most of the staff faces, they are become like family to us within 11 days, they really enjoy serving the guests and they would try their best to help you by heart not just because it’s their duty. All the staff were great, the front Desk manager Tamer Radwan, such a great personality, Israa is always their to serve you with such lovely attitude, kitchen staff Zekry Moaman, Omar, poolside barman fady, and the room service was fantastic, food: we enjoyed really too much, lots of deferent food hot and cold the desert and Bakary were fabulous. all day entertainment for all ages, there were so many things we would share a vedio by TikTok and you tube soon.

almost every thing, only thing need improving is Wi-Fi

Location was great. Facilities are enough for 3 day stay. Food was ok. Having own Beach is a must and this Hotel has it!!

Wireless was not working, only in the lobby maybe. But air condition was not working in the lobby. There was a robust insecticide odour in our room, it was awful. When we try to open the balcony door, all the moscitos came inside and fly nearby our ears till morning. Soo do not forget to bring moscito repellend with u

Very friendly and easy-going staff at the reception. They were always helpful. When we accidentally left the key inside the room, they promptly provided us with a new one without any hassle. The food was nice, almost every day there was seafood. Was good to have a pharmacy on the territory of the hotel. Nice sand on the beach. Great animation team. We appreciated that the team wasn't overly pushy. If we declined to join an activity, they respected our decision and didn't insist. Warm greetings to Danish girls!

Coca-Cola from the machine tasted like iodine. There was no internet; only in the reception area, and it was very, very poor. There is no bazaar nearby.

The facilities are so good the gym the pool the beach everything is perfect honestly we looked at so many and this seemed to be the best value for money and we were right everyone was so nice the guy in the pharmacy was so helpful,the food is okay not amazing but its like most buffets and there’s everything you’d need .

No coral reef really but literally 5 minutes away is a beach with the best ever so just go there if you want to go snorkelling

1. staff are so nice in reception, restaurant or garden. they would smile and ask your requirements. 2. good sea view 3. buffet are various for ever days dinner and breakfast. desserts are special.

1. no any service for beach, you have to bring towel, water and other necessary things. well, there were few guests in beach or pool during two days I stayed. 2. there are lots of small stones and mess things in beach. hotel should clean it, it is private beach not public. 3. no Wi-Fi and even data is so weak

The hotel is good, the personnel are very nice and funny, food is ok, swimming pool is very nice and comfortable, beach is nice without corals(depends who like to look at them or not), the room is nice and clean, the animators are very good and did a great job, very pretty hotel and comfy and big place.

Wifi should always work, there is a problem with it that you have to write after some time again the room number, your name and gmail, and sometimes it happens very often. I hate it when you have to put the card(key to then room) inside a circuit breaker so the electricity will work inside the room, that means that if you go out in a hot day you want to return to a cold room, that doesn't happen because the air-conditioning doesn't work because there is no card inside the circuit breaker. Air conditioning isn't very good, takes a lot of time to cool the room on max torque and coldness. I just think if you pay for the hotel it shouldn't be like that.

Perfect staff: Mr Haitham in the front desk helped us a lot, mr. Mark also helped us. Perfect beach and pool. Very clean hotel Delicious food and desserts. Chef Amir the main chef did a great job in all meals. The dessert chef Mr Awad is an excellent chef with a variety of excellent quality desserts. The bakery is very good. The coffee was good The snacks and salads on the pool were good We will definitely come back

We had 6 rooms 2 of the 6 had a bad AC, one broke several times. The other was very weak. The AC in the main restaurant was not good There is no wifi in the rooms and the wifi in the reception was slow and kept disconnecting The pharmacy closes at 10 pm so after that you have to call an outside pharmacy that comes after Al least one hour

Everything was more than perfect, the staff were very friendly and polite. Mr, Amr the recepionist welcomed us very warmly making us an early check in, room upgrade and late check out all for free. The food is very delicious and the varities of food are endless. The drinks , cocktails and mocktails are incredible. The espresso is fantastic. The sea and the mountain made a perfect view. Spa is really good but expensive and the hotel tried to make us a discount there.

Very expensive spa, i think hotel should change the management of the spa in order to make everything perfect and in order not to go outside the hotel for having a massage as it is almost triple price the other spas in sharm elsheikh.

Everything without any exaggeration. I have hesitated so much to take this hotel being located far from center but when I got there I was happy I went with my instinct and trusted genuine comments to choose this hotel. Since my arrival which was way early than a check-in time the reception staff and especially Mohammed was extremely helpful and very nice to allow me an early check-in and since then I knew I'm gonna have a great time there. I was amazed by the politeness and great assistance of all staff even cleaning guy, the hotel's maintenance and cleanness, the open buffet multiple choices even for a picky person like myself will find something to like and enjoy, and the highlight was the beach area which me being gone off the season I had to enjoy it at best. Anumimation guys were as nice as the rest of the staff. But mostly they were full of energy from morning until late evening to entertain guests. I am sure I have missed mentioning few positive points but overall that an experience to live again

I was so busy enjoying what I liked. Maybe a good espresso would've been the cherry on the top.
