Coral Sea Holiday Resort and Aqua Park

Absolutely amazing hotel, the staff, the food the views. No complaints. Pure enjoyment. Rooms are very spacious with great views. Beautiful gardening along the hotel. Food was the bomb. Great selection of food, every evening different cuisine depending upon the flag they hang e.g Monday Italian tuesdays Egyptian etc. Restaurant staff super friendly , polite and caring always asking if you'd like something to drink.. Reception is welcoming, understanding and treats their guests like kings 🤴.. Swimming pools are very nice with lots of activities and seperate cute aqua park with swimming pools for children. Their beach is top 👌 sandy with lots of seats, great beach bar. Entrance to the sea is shallow. You can walk cca 200 m on the shallow water reaching ankles and then slowly entering sea . They clean the swimming area no harmful sea creatures there . Very safe for children. There is also long jetty from which you can jump to absolutely crystal clean water not more than 1,55 m deep. Great for people who are not good swimmers or people who don't know how to swim.On the site is also lifeguard. I definitely recommend this hotel to eveyone, especially couples, families with children and elderly and people seeking moments to unwind and just relax with no worries ❤️

we liked the hotel. it’s a good value for money. kids club needs a little upgrade. may be just few new items for the Sandy area, looks very tired. I liked the beach, the room was very nice (we had swim up) but I wouldn’t recommend it for little kids - for example our room wasn’t safe. it had gates, but corner room didn’t have other wall and my child could run away. I was always on guard. the rest was good, except the staff in the restaurant. majority of them highly unfriendly. I was told it is because of Ramadan

staff member in the restaurant threw the paper envelope with cutlery right in the guest when they were seated at the table. not literally in the face, but threw it at them, rather then put on the table. very poor fish selection in the buffet.

The aqua park is nice but too small. Swiming pools are good. The pictures are acurate. Rooms are big and spacious. Sea view is beutiful but not the dry beach. Staff are freindly. The kids den room is brilliant and with sea view. The kids room has a door and separate AC.

Food at the main restaurant is not good, not delisiouse. They reuse leftovers from previous nights. 2 of us got sick because of the food. Drinks are cheap. The paid internet is not good, get a sim card. The aqua park is not located in the same resort, you have to get out and cross the street into the other hotel. The sea is dry, no water or very low ( ankle high) for a long distance. No waves even in the dark waters.

Stayed from 15 till 23 September 2021 (date requires adjustment). The staff are doing their best to make sure we as guests are satisfied, Mr. Eslam head of the reception made a free room upgrade & Mr. Abdallah's kindness from the main restaurant, to name a few. The Aqua at sister hotel Coral Sea Aqua club (which is currently closed except for the Aqua Park) is amazing. Room was great. Pools are clean. Covid-19 measures are perfectly applied!

My original booking was at Coral Sea Aqua Club & I was relocated to the sister hotel Coral Sea Holiday across the street and we had to take a ride by the golf car then cross the street (with a help of an assigned staff) in order to get there. Sometimes the food was below average other times it was great no consistency regarding the quality, despite the fact that Waterworld sister hotel was always amazing. The beach is not good, too far to reach deep water.

The compound is beautiful and kept well. Had a lot of fun at the Aqua Water park which is across the road, which is free. Reception was very helpful with a check in problem and even upgraded us to keep us happy. Costumer Service at its best.

I wish the bigger pool with the slides were heated water. My kids didn't like the small pool that was heated.

This is the fourth resort we stay at in sharm and so far this is the best one ever with many different things to compare in terms on hospitality and services The hotel only accommodate 50% of their capacity so u have enough space, no crowds and you get the best focus. Their service level is excellent where they are always eager to serve you with big smile on their face. The facility is well maintained and you don’t get bored. Food was excellent with many varieties and different food every day

I honestly don’t have any but may be separate the snacks times from lunch time will be better

Spa offering was not what we agreed on: missing face masks, wrong massage done ob second day.

Staff was helpful and great Swim out rooms are great idea that we enjoyed I would have given 5 stars if the food was good

1- Staff is suffering from heat specially on beach bar - a small ac or a fan as it is sad to see everyone having fun while they are sweating 2- food is quantity but low quality, I would be happy if the food was way less but higher quality as some food was from the day before just reheated specially bakery - I was so dismayed with most of the food 3- beach is a long long walk and no golf carts are offered compared to other hotels , if you have a disability or cant walk for long you cant enjoy the beach , few steps away the hotel next door offer a ride to the beach for those who cant walk

Coral sea change my experience in sharm. I really enjoyed my stay and I even extend my visit to complete 1 week instead of 4 days. Kids they loved the water park , swimming pools.I enjoyed the peach.Staff are friendly , helpful, always smiling even the waiter in the restaurant they are very helpful and friendly.

I would add some suggestions which could be better to work on it: 1- internet service has weak signals and I would recommend to add it to inclusive package 2- lunch could be much better if they do it with a lot of variety of food instead of the same food every day

It was so big and clean

Just the taxi service people at the reception was very dodgy they triple charged us the second day we got there the first day we got there they gave us a price of 500 n second day they charged us 800 but after using the local taxi service we realised they charged us 500 extra for the service that should have been 300. 3rd day my husband went to the ATM on the reeception which is right next to the taxi desk while my husband was cashing out I saw both taxi men using their FaceTime cameras watching my husband when they saw that I seen them do this they turned their fones off. So we felt very uneasy at that time and very angry we did not tell the hotel staff because we didn’t know who we could trust at that time.
