Oriental Rivoli Hotel & Spa

Fairly quiet. Staff was obsessively attentive to our every need. Buffet food was really good. The room was spacious and clean. There was a fridge and a safe. There are indeed three pools that are very close together but different. entertainment was 🤪 would return again for a shot stay.

We had to share our balcony with another room. Location is not near the sea. Apparently they do have a private beach somewhere but you have to get the bus to go there. Great place for a couple of nights but we wouldn't want to spend a whole two weeks here.

Everything is perfect I was planning to stay in Sharm Elshikh just for 4 days, but now it is the nineth day because of what I found here in this hotel..

I liked a lot the kindness of the waiters and all staff of Rivoli. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent and customer services great.

Over all was OK the room, the hotel, staff and the location wad ok.

The food most of the time, you could tell the food was reheat from the day b4, was not so many choices was very limited. Some days the food was OK. There were not many choice of fishes specifically some where like Sharm al-Sheikh on the sea. I was expected have so many choices of fishes but not at all. If the food was fresh and had more choices specifically with fish meat chicken and fresh vegetables I would have give them 9 out of 10. This area need to work on. This is the only down side of the hotel.

it was great for me and my friends. everything good, i can't complain about anything! very very nice stay!! i would love to return!

3 beautiful pools good varied meals staff is friendly and kind the architecture and global atmosphere of this resort are great, much more charming than all other resorts I've seen in Egypt the overall experience was so good I was constantly forgetting about the little issues described below

the maintenance condition of the rooms could be improved (doors and handles require heavy maintenance, as well as the air conditioning which was not really adjustable)

I like everything in sharm and oriental rivoli, very clean,very friendly staff which I loved them from the bottom of my heart ❤️ ( Mustafa in the management), ( Ahmad,Tyssir,Tariq and mohamed which was cleaning my room to the spotless every day) Love you guys, you are the best. Despite some point which I did not like but still I recommend oriantal rivoli to everyone, I stayed there three times and if I visit sharm again I will stay there again. Anyone like a good place to stay in sharm go to oriantal rivoli. Anyone from the management read this review please do my regards to the staff which I mentioned there name. KARIM

I'm sad to write this review about oriantal rivoli but I want them to fix those issues. Buffet was very basic for all inclusive guests, most of the time they serve chicken 🐔 which is not my favourite. And they serve either chicken or meat 🍖, not together so if you are a meat lover some days you will have nothing to eat and vice verse, they should make there buffet more verity. They serve drink 🍸 in the disposable cups 🥤 for all inclusive guests but if you pay for it then you will get it in proper glass cup. Internet does not exist except in the reception area so if you are a laptop user then you have to sleep in the reception area which was bad.

The reception and room service staff were friendly and helpful, we enjoyed their hospitality and welcome surprises. The food was great on some days, but on other days was ok. The room was cozy and sufficient for our needs. The restaurant staff were cheerful and welcoming. The beach bus rides were always on time and the beach itself was good and delightful.

The restaurant needs to add more variety to its menu.

Although the hotel was not beachfront as indicated on booking.com, yet the accommodation was comfortable, front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. I would love to give the hotel an exceptional review but being an ex- hotel manager myself, I couldn’t. Special thanks going to Mr. Ayman- manger and Mr. Mustafa- front desk.

F & B Staff and Food taste.

What most distinguished the visit was the warmth of treatment, the extreme welcome, and the apparent cleanliness everywhere, Mr Sayed The restaurant manager, the hospitality crew, and the chefs were very welcoming to the Egyptians, contrary to what was rumored about the disgraceful dealings of Egyptians in our hotels.

The hotel needs to focus on putting extra effort into maintenance in general
