Albatros Sharm Resort - By Pickalbatros

Everything exceeded our expectations. All in all we had a wonderful experience. The first thing that captured our attention is the cleanliness of the resort and its common utilities areas. The resort has this amazing fresh scent at all times. Very friendly staff serving with big smile at all times. We especially would like to thank Mr. Attiya the General Manager for always being available and for having such a wonderful team. Mr. Ramadan and the front desk team, Mr. Salah from the reservation department, Ahmad and Marwan from the swimming pool bars. Sayed and Ahmed from the restaurant as well as chef Adel Sobhy. Mr. Ramadan at the reception upgraded our room and changed its location based on our request, and even accompanied us by himself making sure we are fully satisfied. We had a very spacious and comfortable family room. Also and against an insignificant incident, Mr. Attiya, the hotel manager personally came to us apologizing on behalf of the workers concerned -not from the hotel staff- and made sure we were fully satisfied and that incident was never repeated again. The resort has very nice amenities, a nice beach -quite sandy although the presence of some rocks-, 2 swimming pools, 2 bars around the pools + a club house - 1 beach bar and restaurant and a SPA. We tried the massage and it was good. The animation team is very fun and active yet they don't disturb the guests unnecessarily. The evening entertainment is very nice compared to other resorts around the Red Sea. The sister hotel (Albatros Blue?!) has got a fantastic aqua park (for an extra charge and a free shuttle bus) where we could spend a very fun day there. The main restaurant has an amazing view from atop the hill. The food quality is very good. The food was always tasty. Only the dessert section could be improved (quality, taste and variety-wise). We highly recommend the hotel and we are very grateful to all the staff for making our stay a happily memorable one.

incredible location, such an amazing view. one of the very very few spots in Sharm where there's almost no wind on the beach: you can easily enjoy the sea and the sun, being in a total relax environment. Staff is so welcoming, they always smile and cheers and want to help you in many ways. Rooms maybe need a renewal but they are still enjoyable, nice and clean.

Apart from the reception staff, would be nice for other employees to understand a little bit more of english (don't really care about italian). but hey, it's ok. Food could be cooked better, less repetitive and a little bit more international (breakfast and beach lunch are still good, tho).

Best location in the Sharm El Sheikh because the hotel is situated in the most quiet bay almost not available for winds, it s a big advantage. Friendly and helpful staff. The managemett has no equal in the bonus and copmlimentary offers. Anforgedable see wiev on the bay, nice and clean beach, a lot of fish, sun, good emoutions. The animation team very sparcling, cheerful and groovy Our spetial thenks to housekeeping service to the manager and to the staff - Mukhammad. Food and bevereges really unlimited. Our best recomendations!

Staff at restaurant and reception were very respectful and welcoming Beach was a bit rocky but shoes were available to buy closeby, and snorkeling there is a blast If you go make sure to walk to the other beach to the left to see some spectacular coral reefs. Food was decent, desserts need some work, but oriental night was amazing!

I actually wanted to go to the spa but the spa salesman made me change my mind. He's uncomfortable to talk to (and we're both egyptian so no language barrier), he's pushy, and not in an ecouraging manner. He doesn't listen to what you want, and follows you literally everyday wherever you go. The buildings need some rennovation No Breeze, you can't feel any air because of the mountains surrounding the resort

1. Hotel in very good localization with amazing view for the whole bay. Close to the City, but quiet. 2. Nice beach with good coral reef and a lot of fish. But if you walk 5 minutes on the left, you can find amazing reef. 3. Hotel and all area is clean. Swimming pools are located in very well cared garden with many palm trees. Many sunbeds around the pools and on the beach. You can find perfect place for you all the time. 4. All the Staff is extremaly nice and helpful - in the restaurants, bars, the house keepers. Special thanks to the Reception Staff: Mr. Ramdan, Mr. Mahmoud, Mr. Ahmed. They cared for us and were open for each request. 5. We received room with perfect sea view. Room was little bit old fashioned but well equipped. Very comfortable bed and normal duvet what is very rare in Egypt. Good air condition and wifi in the room. Really nice cosmetics, regularly refilled (hair conditioner and body lotion especially). 6. Food was tasty and varied. We especially like breakfasts with freshly made omlets and panecakes. During the lunch if you don't want to go to the restaurant you can eat very good pasta in the beach bar. We loved the real seeds coffee in the Club House. It is rare in all inclusive option. 7. Good variety of coctails in the all inclusive option made from the local alcohols.

Great thanks to Mr Haitham and Tamer from the reception. They did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Amazing location and sea view that beats many of 5 stars hotels.

this was the second time I stayed at Albatros Sharm Reaort and definitely won’t be my last….The staff are extremely helpful and friendly specially Mr Ramadan at the reception…Amazing Food,Beach and Animation team!

Perfect location and view! Panoramic view from the restaurant! There was no wind in the bay and the sea was very warm even in the middle of November! The staff is very friendly, there is a big variety of dishes, especially at dinner. The everyday cleaning is very good. The bar at beach is nice and the best barman is at the swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was just correct, the hotel has an amazing vue of the bay and mountains. Very nice private beach.

Honestly, we expected more about food, it was okay, but they could do better and more.
