Amphoras Beach

I loved staying at the resort. Everyone was so helpful! We got there earlier than the usual check-in. They got our bags gave us the bracelets, and we enjoyed lunch and the beach up until 2 when we checked in. I had asked for one of the renovated rooms and once we got there we got upgraded to one. They escorted us to the room in a golf cart and OMG, so beautiful. The entertainment team, both Italian (Bartolomeo and Angelo) and foreign (Anastasia and Inora), was extra welcoming - they always have something planned even way into the night. At the beach, you'll definitely bump into either Mohammed or Deno from the Cinderella Eldawley diving center. They can offer you some deals (you have to work for it tho) to enjoy some great excursion (that you can also find though GetYourGuide.com). We booked a snorkeling tour on the El Bana Royal boat (the crew, the food, the view was just amazing). Don't forget to stop and see Gennarino to snatch some perfumes before you leave. They have certain activities that have set days - the Egyptian night, karaoke, movie night, sports day etc. Too bad our stay was short! Torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno :)

The only downside to it was that you had to walk quite a bit to get to and from places and you didn't always know everything that was going around but in such a resort I think that's quite expected.

Clean, food was good, good location, got upgraded to the newer rooms for free which was really kind of the staff.

Staff were all lovely apart from one of the cleaners who turned quite rude after asking us to exchange some money for him which was USD and we’re from England so it was of no use to us. Food was a bit repetitive although was nice and drinks at the bars were flat

Everything was perfect in that hotel. Beach is amazing. Restaurant contains tousands of options to eat, workers have smiling face and helper. Especially special thanks to Muhammed (who seen on the first photo) If he is at reception when you check in be sure that your holiday starts at that point. He has a smilinh face an very kind young man. You can go diving, safari and boat trip for extra activities. Actually ı don't think to get a holiday in my country (Turkey) anymore.

Very enjoyable holiday, accommodation excellent.

Disappointed by poorly cooked food, some days difficult to fine something to eat. Simple things like potatoes were almost raw and not fit to eat. We had to be careful with the meat as it was cold on some days, the soup also was not hot enough on some days. It seemed the chefs didn't seem to know even the basics about cooking. The service staff did their best.

Sea is very good and you can dive and snorkelling. Personnel is helpful. Rooms are very clean and modern.

There is only one bar at night, this is not good. There is no too much activity in hotel. Restaurant can be change again. Swimming pool too hot and dangerous because there is no stairs.

We enjoyed the welcoming to the hotel, and the staff were very helpful and friendly ;we would like to point out the receptionists 3 Muchamed that were very helpful, especially Muhammad Eid who also spoke Hebrew 😀 outstanding. Also, worm, thanks to Muhamed from housekeeping . He arranged a wonderful birthday surprise for our doughter, flowers, and lighting on her bed. It was a nice surprise when she entered her room 😄 Overall staff are very service oriented. We will recommend it to our friends.

The food could be approved a lot, the food was not kept worm enough , luck of seasonings , and it tasted to flat.

failities provided were excellent location good but they need to make improvements with the gym also need

the gym and almost same food menu every day with minor changes if you are staying long you dont like it

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The gardens and pool area were kept clean and well maintained. The staff we spoke to were all lovely, very polite and welcoming. Facilities were good. The beach was great and there were plenty of sunbeds both at the beach and by the pools. The towel centre system (for beach and pool towels) worked really well too.

Nothing to do with the staff or hotel but the lunch and dinner times were chaotic and loud. Guests were rude, impatient and messy when there was absolutely no need to be as there was plenty of food etc. Some behaviour was disgraceful - the staff did really well coping with it all.

The place is great. Big and beautiful territory, friendly personnel, crystal clear sea, clean and comfortable rooms. The food is very tasty, you can find dietary options too, but it’s hard not to eat these desserts and sweets :) Also, on the territory there is a diving center with an amazing team of instructors, who can make introductory dive for you, or you can take a course for certification. They also providing tours, I took couple of them and quite enjoyed it. Big thanks to Mohamed, Mustafa and Adam for pleasant experience and good memories!

- Air conditioner was a bit too noisy, even in low fan mode - Internet connection in rooms is of poor speed and breaking quite often. I had to switch to mobile internet from time to time.
