Jaz Sharks Bay

The hotel itself was very nice and the pool areas. The restaurant staff were lovely as were reception staff, security, inside bar staff .... it was kept very nice and clean and organised. The food was very good although possibly a bit repetitive if staying more than a week but I was happy with choice and quality.

The pool bar staff were mostly but not all, lazy, spending more time talking with each other than serving or clearing tables etc. Swarming around attractive young women whenever possible.

the staff in general were lovely, the restaurant staff along with most reception staff as well as the guy that took my bags to the room. food was alright, I found something tasty every night. there was a bit of dust in the room, but in general it was clean

i tried to arrange transport though hotel, they directed me to Amr. I’ve asked him to quote me the price which he didn’t but said of course they will pick me up. I’m short, I was SCAMMED. it’s a shame the hotel does not organise transport directly. taxi back to the airport cost me around £5, but from the airport he tried to charge me £60.

First grade family place, very cheerful, helpful staff made our stay so pleasant.

Even though there's no beach on site and you have to ride for almost 10min, but the hotel pool is so nice.

The stuff was really great! Many thanks go to all receptionist David, Romez and the night shift guy who were always ready to help me with every problem i face in that period of time. When i came back to hotel at 3 am and there was no hot water, my room was changed immediately and very professionally. I was really happy to stay in this hotel. The food was also good! Unfortenutelly no wifi in the room. I expected to work in this hotel but it was pretty hard. Lobby has a wifi so it is not thaaat big problem, but would be good to consider.

A great experience with good money value l would like to start with a very professional receptionist Mr.Ramez who facilitated our check-in, and upgraded our room for free which was very satisfactory. Although it is not beach front hotel ,yet there is a shuttle bus every hour to beach.the beach is really nice with private partitions.beach is very clean half sandy and other part includes corals that is full of variaties of fish. for all inclusive,you have juice and water available on beach. in Jaz Sharks bay,you can enjoy breakfast,lunch and dinner. breakfast was great that exceeded our expectation.lunch and dinner were good enough,I would like to thank chefs for their great effort to create different kinds of food that taste extremely good.snacks are available as well as full beverage .Waiters (thanks to Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Abdallah and their great boss)and cleaning staff all are everywhere to provide their service.special thanks to Mr. Shenouda for great soft and hard cocktails..ask him to do your favorite. pools are lovely and heated.don't miss the jacuzzi I totally recommend it for a nice stay and I am looking forward to repeat our stay there....thanks

nothing...entertainment has to be better

The hotel is a located in a great location, a good size and is perfect for families. The food was absolutely amazing. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. Especially Ramez, he was professional and thorough in ensuring that we had everything arranged for our family holiday. We requested that our rooms be close together and be in a specific location due to me recovering from health issues. He ensured that we were picked and dropped back off to the airport in a suitable vehicle as we had numerous suitcases. We were provided with information about places to visit that the children would enjoy. I would like to thank Ramez for ensuring we had a memorable holiday to Egypt and for being extremely supportive of answering all our questions. My children had a wonderful time and felt safe and comfortable at all times. Thank you for a wonderful two weeks. We look forward to visiting again.

The internet is good in the lobby and but sometimes cuts out in the rooms. But that’s common when you are away on holiday.

The food was excellent, Fresh and lots of variety to chose from. Mr. Hussein F&B manager has a really polite demeanor. Mr. Hamed front desk was extremely patient with us despite been a large group of 8 pax with different demands and ensured our stay in the hotel was restful.

Dust at the reception due to the ongoing road construction. I hope the road is completed very soon.

I truly enjoyed the cozy pool area featuring a delightful hot jacuzzi, along with easy access to the snack bar—perfect for enjoyable snack times. The diverse dinner options were a highlight, complemented by the attentive staff. Additionally, the well-organized rooms and the lively animation team, especially Olyssia and Demetri, played a significant role in enhancing my kids experience at Jaz Sharks Bay in Sharm El Sheikh.”

While the animation team was lively, adding more diverse or frequent entertainment activities during the day or evening could further engage guests.

The hotel staff at JAZ Sharks Bay are exceptionally helpful and patient, especially when it comes to accommodating children. Their warm and welcoming demeanor creates a friendly and comfortable atmosphere for families, ensuring a stress-free and enjoyable stay. The rooms, whether double or family-sized, are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The hotel boasts a large pool area, it contains covered area for children, tennis-table free of charge, and 2 small goals for playing water-polo games. it is good for families with children but perfect for singles. The nearby bar offers snacks such as pizza, burgers, hotdogs, and ice cream) The gym is small and has limited machines, it's still a great place to get in a quick workout. There is a daily shuttle bus takes guests to the beach, the beach is excellent and they offers free drinks and water activities at reasonable prices such as (renting a boat or going on a banana boat tour). Hotel location is close to the airport, the hotel is 40 minutes away from the old market and 30 minutes from NEAMA BAY.

The hotel's policy regarding children is quite restrictive and inflexible, as they only allow one child under the age of 10 in a double room and two children in family rooms under the following ages (10 years for first child and 3 years for second child). This can be frustrating and inconvenient for families with more than one child or those with children outside of the specified age range as they are charging extra fees.
