Regency Plaza Aqua Park and Spa Resort

Just had a fantastic holiday here, can highly recommend this hotel. A big thanks to all the staff including Tamer front desk, and Mohamid egg chef. Raouf. Basam. And all the staff in the restaurants. Not forgetting Rammy a big thank you for sorting out our sunbeds each day. Will definitely be coming back again next year.

The cleanliness was good, and there are good facilities in the hotel

I didn't like that the internet was only in the dining room area and not in the whole house from the hotel, the beer was terrible, they don't know how to make it, the beer was mixed with tap water, even though everything was included, I couldn't be at the beach where you only have to sit with a gold bracelet and all, and people near the beach are really harassing people To buy things and there was no activity in the pool while I was there food was low standard

Thanks to the hotel staff for their professional, friendly and helpful attitude, they did all their best to make sure our stay is relaxed, joyful and comfortable. Thanks to the reception team (Mr. Hossam) and to the Royal Club restaurant team (Mr. Maher, Chefs and all the staff) for their hospitality. Special thanks to the animation team who did everything to draw a smile on my 3 years daughter' face 😊

Rooms need to be improved/maintained, but still value for money comparing to the rest of hotels.

Room is vast, staff is professional, food is diverse and tasty. These guys know what they're doing, and they're devoted to help you relax. Will definitely visit the place again. Would like to thank the staff especially Mr Osman from the reception team, and Mr Tamer. Amazing experience.

Location , beachfront, Aqua park, pools And the most important is the hospitality espionage from Mr. MOUSTAFA Mohamed in the reception, he was like a brother and facilitated everything for us

Need a golf car to transfer from beach to Aqua as it's a long distance Snacks

I liked everything but the most is how amazing the hotel facilities and the people working there. They are all cooperative and kind. The animation group was so entertaining and the water sports are wonderful. Aqua park is very nice. My kids enjoyed their time in the aqua park and didn't want to leave. I highly recommend Alex Group for any Saloon services. My daughters had a great experience making hair styles with them. I also recommend the whole hotel for families since it is very big and there is high privacy. Thank you regency we really spent the best 7 days this year with you and definitely we're coming back again.

I just recommend increasing the quality not quantity of food and to offer more varieties every day 😀

невероятно красивая территория самого отеля: красивейшие цветы, лавочки, газоны, милейшие птицы - оазис красоты. здесь можно поиграть в настольный теннис или заказать профессиональную фотосессию- оба варианта будут успешны. здесь отличный пляж, достаточно большая полоса мелководья, так что море идеально для маленьких детей. для людей постарше есть Пирс с которого все замечательно плавают :)

I literally can not fault this resort. My mother and I came over for a week and we’re met by Omar at the reception who was very accommodating at all times. There was many pools, bars, restaurants. There’s shops and barber, beauty parlour, tattoo shop, spa, gym, doctors… literally everything that you would ever need all inside the resort. All of the staff in the resort are amazing and very helpful at all times. I would definitely recommend this resort. There always a massive food buffet which was good so there was always something that you can eat. also the private beach was very nice as well. The rooms are very nice as well, we got upgraded to a sea view room with terrace. Thanks for a great holiday!

our trip was exceptional we have never had such a welcome. the reception manager Mr Tamer welcomes us like kings he listened to all our needs for our honeymoon we were in contact even before taking the plane .Mr Tamer is a nice person, kind, polite, welcome throughout the week he does not ask if everyone is fine. I would like to thank the restaurant staff because they were all very helpful and polite; friendly, kind we start with the chef Mohamed who made us excellent dishes he always asked us if it was good is it was very very good even in his remaining oriental we give him 100% for his service are smile his good mood his politeness and on all his delicious dishes. the waiters have prepared a very beautiful decorated table for our wedding. he was always attentive to our needs, he brought us coffee, tea, drinks, our dishes at the table. I thank abd elbaset ahmed, houssam for his politeness, mustapha for his humor, raouffe for that good mood, Tamer for his information on the ingredients, khalid for that cooking. I thank the whole team as well as I is not their name. I really recommend this hotel for couples, families or alone, the cuisine is perfect, the welcome is perfect, the service is perfect. We will come back to this hotel every year for the atmosphere, the positive atmosphere. Thank you very much for everyone.
