The location of the hotel is very close to the central station. Breakfast was good and the room was superb. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Especially the girl who was at the reception when we checked in (18th of July in the evening around 4 pm) was very friendly and helpful. She explained to us everything and the check-in process was very smooth. The public transportation within Geneve is free for guests who have a booking and it was very convenient for us. The hotel provides you the free passes when you are checking in. There is a bus stop closer to the hotel and the guests can get on that bus to go near the train station. Guests can even use the free public transport pass on the yellow color boats which provide you transportation for short distances on lake Geneve. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

In a nutshell, the staff are supportive and friendly. The room is nice. And the location is very good. More details for the location: 1. there's a bus station (line 8) in front of the hotel already, which can take you from/to the central station (Geneva station) in 3 minutes, and to Lake Geneva in 5 minutes. 2. Also, it's a walkable distance. In 8-10 minutes maximum, you can get to the central station, 12-15 minutes, you can reach Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc garden. 3. To go to the airport, even to walk to Geneva station or take Bus 8, then the train will drop you in 7 minutes at the airport. Or, if you are late to your flight, it's only 7 minutes by taxi or Uber to reach the terminal from the hotel. 4. When I was in Geneva, there was a festival, so the bus was so disrupted. Line 8 wasn't seen most of the time, but walking was easy.

If you missed buying yourself a bottle of water from the supermarket, you will pay around 5 times to get it from the hotel. But this normally happens in all the hotels.

This hotel was exactly what were looking for! We had two rooms (the second one was for our teenage kids). Both rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Although minimal, it had all the basic necessities, including a body wash/shampoo combo in the shower and a wall-unit hair dryer. The hotel was fully booked the weekend we were there, so our kids' room was not located on the same floor, but it was not a problem. The location of the hotel was perfect for what we wanted, since our trip was focused on sight-seeing and swimming at the lake. The bus stop is located right outside the hotel, so we were able to take it across the bridge into Old Town for dinner and shopping. We opted for the free breakfast, and it was nice. It included standard breakfast fare (pastries, eggs, meats, fruits, yogurt, cereal, coffee) and the staff were extremely receptive and friendly. If you are interested in seeing Geneva on a budget, this hotel is a great option.

I wonder if there is a way to adjust the fan to blow cooler air? We tried, but could not adjust it. It ended up not being that much of an issue though since the window was operational and we could open it for a cool breeze. It rained one of the evenings were there so that provided cooler air when we opened the window. But, on hot nights it might be nice to have a more powerful fan blowing.

- breakfast was excellent: fresh fruit, bread, different options (Gluten free and lactose free) - the room was big, clean, with air conditioning, good views of the mountain. The bed was comfortable, bathroom and shower were spacious. - train station was 12’ away and bus to/from city center or airport were 5’ away. - late checkout (12:00)

- shower head was angled and of difficult access - the cleaners were entering in the room without knocking first (it happened twice) and they started too early so we woke up with slamming doors

Breakfast was extensive, lots of baked goods, yoghurt, eggs and sausage etc, and quite busy when we went in the morning. The bed was comfortable, all facilities as expected, very competitively priced (which is much appreciated, especially in Switzerland). The fact that it is a hotel chain is obvious- everything is run very well and efficiently. We were able to leave our baggage in a storage room during the day which was great!

The location was a bit of a walk to the train station, but there are also some trams nearby. The room was quite compact, the door to the bathroom was a bit oddly placed, like you had to manoeuvre around to get in or out.

Spacious room and shower with decent workspace and shelving, plus pretty quiet / well insulated thus suited me for a week's stay. Tram stop a short stroll, yet easy walking distance into town, nice park, and a good supermarket plus a few restos. Darn site better than being at the airport or further out for but a nominal increase in cost. Bonus: Booking.com was quite a bit less than rack rate, plus free travel pass (same for every Geneva hotel though!).

Minor quibbles. Cleaners didn't appear to understand the towel rule and always gave me new ones instead of planting trees…? Some of the finishings starting to show minor aging (cracked tile grout, peeling paint in corners…). Moderately noisy HVAC fan, but not so hot so I turned it down (can't be turned off). Annoying LEDs.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location is also very convenient. The staff were professional and could communicate in English and French. The good breakfast advertised in booking.com is indeed a good breakfast.

The room was very basic. It should have had at least a bottle of drinking water, kettle, cups, tea bags or coffee even if only two satchets for making tea/coffee. Also some slippers, a gown and clothes hangars should be included in the rooms.

Close to Geneve station, close to bus station, Free transportation, quiet area, good price

Room design not so nice, the hotel charged 200 CHF as a guarantee(not mentioned before)
