We had to leave for a train at 5:00am check-out morning and the front doors were locked/there was no reception on duty, so we had to find the exit through the parking garage ramp in the basement. When I mentioned we were leaving super early the next morning I completed my check-out payments the night before, but none of the staff instructed us on how to get out of the hotel the next morning or mentioned the front doors would be locked. Next time, I suggest instructing visitors on early exit location.

Elegant reception and friendly staff who spoke excellent English (which was good as my French is inadequate). The bar and small restaurant looked beautiful though we didn’t eat there so cannot comment on the food. Very conveniently located 2 minutes from the train station, less than 10 minutes walk from the lake. Our room was a good size, the robe and slippers were a lovely touch. Excellent coffee from the machine in the room and the kitchenette was so useful. The room was serviced daily. Very pleased with our stay.

Our room backed onto the railway line and a few times you could hear the trains or workmen on the tracks. This was minimal and not a problem for us, but if you think it may be an issue perhaps request a room to the front if the property.

We really liked this hotel! It is located in the very center of the city. For those who like to get everywhere on foot and walk around the city, this is a very convenient location. There are restaurants, shops and other facilities near the hotel. The room was quiet despite being centrally located. Good sound insulation. The room was not very big, but adequate in size. A large, comfortable bed. The room was clean, fragrant. The room has everything you need, extra coffee, sugar, etc. No fridge, no mini bar. Need to know that the contact sockets are not European, iPhone chargers fit into sockets. Also in the bathroom has a hairdryer. Dogs are welcome in this hotel, which is important for us. The hotel has narrow corridors and some rooms are very close to each other, as in a downtown hotel, there is not too much space. The elevators are also narrow. There is a very narrow parking lot in the basement, so it was stressful to enter and park the car. The price for a parking space is quite high, but at least the car is safe and a guaranteed spot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we would love to come back someday!

Dogs are welcome in this hotel, which is important for us, unfortunately, nothing is provided for four-legged friends -no towel, no bowl, nothing, but money for them need to pay. There is a very narrow parking lot in the basement, so it was stressful to enter and park the car, but we were lucky that there weren't many cars, so it was easier. No idea how they would park if all the spots were taken.

Staff were very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Location was absolutely brilliant. Room and facilities within the room were decent. Even though the room faced the railway lines there was no noise from the train tracks.

The elevator was very small and cramped. At the maximum you could have just 2 people with their luggages. The pillows were too soft for my liking, but that's more of a personal preference. For a 4 star hotel, I found the room size and the room facilities to be below my expectations.

The location is very convenient for work. It is within walking distance from the main train station and has a tram stop very near that will take you to Nations stop where the UN headquarters and agencies are located.

At registration they provided a card that said "15% discount at bars and restaurants in Manotel". However, when shown at the bar they refused to accept. First they claimed that it wasn't applicable on that particular hotel. When I showed that it said Manotel they said "only in restaturants". When I showed that it said "bars and restaurants" they said "only food in bar, not drinks". I pointed that this was not written but finally gave up and went to the pub across the street which had great atmosphere, better beers, and was cheaper even without discount.

Very easy short walk from the train station. Bed was really comfy and the fitness room has enough for a quick thorough workout out. The overall décor of the hotel was nice as well. For Geneva it was definitely excellent value for money.

There was no iron you could have in your room. I was told to go to the ironing room on the 8th floor but all the iron did was leak gunky water over my shirt and would only ever reach a luke warm temperature so did not iron - I had to go back to my room and use the old travel trick of holding my shirt over the steam from the boiling kettle.

The hotel and its facility was nice. The cleanliness was good.

However, the breakfast keeps running out of certain items like boiled eggs and the staff seemed to be shorthanded as they take forever to clear the used plate and cutlery. Moreover, the staff gave me the hard time about borrowing an umbrella as they will only give one umbrella per person. The umbrella is way to small and the staff kept me waiting instead of giving me the umbrella without any reason.

Great location, friendly staff, the junior suite was wonderful. I loved the fact that everything is within walking distance from a supermarket to the train station!

Breakfast was lovely...however, when u stay there for 6 days, you get very bored! would be nice to have some variety particularly in the hot section...Different sausage or perhaps bacon, grilled mushrooms instead of the daily carrots...etc... but I repeat, the breakfast was wonderful!...the freshly baked croissants were heavenly!

The hotel is located right next to the train station , so location is very convenient and close to everything, also 8 minute walk to Lake Geneva … The staff is very helpful and really took the extra mile to help us .. Breakfast was efficient , didn’t have a huge variety but was fine overall.

The hotel is facing the Main Street from one side and the train tracks from the other side , so if your room is facing the train station , the view isn’t nice ( windows are sound proof , so no noise if the windows are closed) . Another issue is the Aircondition , which is set on 24 and can’t be changed. So if you are from a region that is used to lower temperatures, the room can sometimes feel a little hot… The elevators are tiny , but wasn’t a problem for us

Really enjoyed our stay at Auteuil Manotel. We were greeted really well upon arrival and the family room was spacious and clean. Halima at reception was kind enough to give us a late check out as our flight was late in the evening and kept our luggage so we could enjoy the city one last time before departing for the Airport in the evening. Overall really happy with the choice of hotel and will definitely be coming back on my next visit. 😊👍🏽✔️
