Good location, helpful staff, they serve breakfast in the room and have in-house laundry.

The staff and services were simply awesome! They were very attentive and took care of every request professionally and with care. Daily bottle water and Nespresso capsules refills are wonderful. Free laundry service was very nice. House keeping has done an excellent job daily! Everything works and the location is perfect. Strongly recommended and will definitely stay here again next time in town.

Cooking from a next door room smelt really terrible. Not a fault of the SLA but the staff suggested a couple things which alleviated the situation. They even left a candle in our apartment.

its our second time staying at this apartment. the location was excellent, room was big and spacious, service was impeccable from reception to housekeeping. very good for families and you can book everything there.

Pity there’s no view from the apartment but you just need to take a short walk and you will be at the lake!

This apartment is located just 3 minuets from lake Geneva just by all the 5 star hotels so it is in the perfect location, it is ultra modern and the staff are all helpful and friendly. The interior is modern and it is spacious with a kitchen area a big living space big windows and AC. The beds are comfy, the breakfast is good but it was delivered cold other than that its good. Great family hotel I recommend this place.

Cold breakfast, a bit noisy at night specially on the weekends but of you close the windows, they are very sound proof which is great. The bathroom does not have a toilet, the shower and the toilet are in different places which can be a bit inconvenient.

Exceptional service (they will help you with anything!!), rooms were very spacious and clean, very well kept up with. Blow dryer and hair flat iron were provided, which is great for American travelers! The beds were very comfortable and free laundry service was perfect.

The only negative was no restaurant/bar inside the hotel. But there are tons of options within walking distance.

The apartment was just beautiful. The bed was comfortable and our 4 year old also enjoyed her own couch/bed. Everything was super clean and we really enjoyed the coffee machine and kitchen. Thank you for the nice gifts from Switzerland. Also the baby crib and everything you prepared for kids was excellent. We really enjoyed the stay. The location was nice and quiet and a short walking distance from the lake.

I really LOVED everything about this place. It accommodated the Arab taste so well. It was up to UAE hotel standards of luxury I am definitely coming back. Free in-room breakfast & laundry was the best! Plus they kept a very nice message handwritten by Sebastian ! We even had a little issue on the phone with an external company as we did not speak the same language and he was so so helpful in speaking Italian to them and sorting out the issue for us !! Amazing place and amazing host.

Outstanding choice, especially traveling with children. Great location, lovely rooms, great amenities and a very pleasant and helpful staff.

Temp control in the room was a little challenging-never really cooled off unless we opened the windows.

Concierge was amazing - as others said: No request was too small. I was very satisfied with their willingness to accommodate our situation.

Prices for services were fairly expensive. Was also surprised there wasn't a continental breakfast at that kind of place for free (you have to pay for a fairly basic breakfast).

I liked almost everything about the appartments. It was realy clean, towels changed every day, very helpfull staff. Location very good. Everything excelent.

The price of breakfast . Brakfast very nice but too expensive.
